Very clean room, with ceramic hob and undercounter fridge!

Room was cold at night, even after i turned off the air conditioning.

Nice rooms, soft comfortable beds, decent location depending on activities.

I prefer either two pillows or larger pillow. I was unaware there was no microwave in the room we rented as it said kitchenette. I was told at another J5 it must be requested... assumed that was basic equipment for a kitchenette?

Modern hotel & very clean throughout. Rooms contained little kitchenette which was an added bonus, felt like home. B/f not included in our package but we had breakfast and it was good. The staff even made us masala chai. Staff very friendly & helpful.

Location slightly out but metro station only 5 mins walk (Al Rigga), so getting around was very easy. Deira City only couple of stops away.

The available power sockets are quite challenging to access.

All the receptionist staff are very accommodating. Check in was very fast ang smooth.Pool area is not crowded my daughters enjoyed it a lot. The lifeguard was very helpful and very kind. They kept our room spotless clean everyday. The house keeping staff are all attentive and friendly. Security staff are very helpful and kindThank you very much to all of you. You guys make our stay very exceptional. We will definitely choose this hotel when we visit dubai again.

Very bad experience from arrival to leaving

Room was very dirty beddings seems not changed, supposed to check out the next dag but choose to leave same day i checked in at night. No kitchen facilities smell so bad not ro recommend to anyone. Not worth it paying. 600dirhams.

The location was near the metro.

The hotel was not clean enoughOpening door card was not working properly, it was anoying to tell the staff to open the door with the master card Its near airport , and hearing the noise of the planes each minutes

The hotel furniture is old...the breakfast is lousy And service was slow

Very bad stay, not cooperative team at all.Very old furniture and needs renovation.Bathroom is too old.

I don't recommend this hotel to anyone

We were greeted in all touch points and even escorted by the Director of Housekeeping Mr John all the way to the room. Front desk agents Manal, Waseem and Lingam were all smiles during my interaction. Housekeeping team Wibut and Paula were very helpful as well and one nepali lady room attendant which i forgot to take the name. Overall it was an unforgetable experience.

There are just probably small things that needs to be improved on like elevators that needed room keys to be tapped before it will take you the your designated floor.

The staff were good, the maintenance and cleaning was very good too. The access to metro and other downtown areas are also very much easy.

Nothing very badd

The staff was very rood and bad talking I called them to if i can do the early at 5:00 am check in .they said yes no problem i asked if i will pay something they said noThan at 12 pm in the same day started calling me for check out so i was surprised i told in moorning you did no say like this and the staff receptionist is from syria i guess started to talk badly and roodly shouted you pay or you do check out So bad i will recommend this hotel plus the chairs at the hotel were very dirty

If you have a family of four They don't offer you any single apartment room to adjust you kids you need dto book two rooms Their must be options for families like single bed apartment Rooms were expensive with respect to facilities Amenities missing in washroom

Great staff, clean and updated room, and convenient location to the Metro Al-Rigga station: about a seven-minute walk, though Google Maps will show a longer route.

I like the kitchenette but why provide pans and burner but not a single laddle ?

The PILLOW ! So uncomfortable! Didn’t even sleep properly for the first night. It just flattened like a milk bread.

The location is good, and the staff is cooperative. Syed at reception is a courteous person.

Internet speed is not very good. I was hardly getting 1.5 mbps and had issues with online video meetings.

The property is in a great location. Close to a lot of things. Many restaurants within walking distance. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The room is a little dated and could use some modernization.

J5 Rimal feels like home away from home in Dubai.. stayed here a number of times and the Hotel NEVER disappoints! ALL THE STAFFS are fantastic!! Helpful, charming and always ready to assist! Highly recommended!!!

I extended my stay for 24hrs.. and on the last day, my room wasn't cleaned all day despite putting a sign outside my door!!
