Yes. Very unclean, very disrespectful staff. There¿s a disco working till 4 am and I couldn¿t sleep. They wouldn¿t close or shut off the music. And when I complained, they didn¿t care. No hot water or kettle in the room. Just overall horrible experien

it was worst place to stay. rooms are all smoking. rooms smells smoke. bath rooms are old and not clean. there is leakage in bathrooms. there is noise in lobby and there are 7 clubs in small hotel. unable to sleep for two nights.

Nothing that I liked about this hotel.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and the professionalism demonstrated by everyone. Thank you for a pleasant and comfortable experience.

One area of concern was the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby, which was uncomfortable for guests who do not smoke. The hotel has several rooms on the ground floor and could consider dedicating one of these spaces specifically for smokers to ensure a more pleasant experience for all guests.

I stayed at Vendome Hotel from December 24 to 28 to visit my son. I am from KSA. The hotel is close to the apartment where my son lives, and its location is convenient, right in the center near restaurants, malls, and the metro. The woman at the front desk was friendly, and the housekeeping staff was also very nice, he always cleaned our room and changed the linens and towels.

I stayed here for four nights and overall had a pleasant experience.The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city with shops, restaurants, and the metro all within walking distance. The staff were very supportive, especially Mayuri from India, Saleh from Bangladesh, and the Lady Egyptian reception staff who assisted me during check-in.

The building is old and the room door locking system needs urgent maintenance. I faced difficulty opening the door several times, which was inconvenient and stressful. Apart from this issue, the stay was good, and with better maintenance the property can offer an even more comfortable experience.

Bathroom shower had a slope in the wrong direction ! Water would flow to the drain under the basin with the result that the bathroom would flood each time the shower was used.Several light switches were broken.

I had a pleasant stay at Vendome Plaza Hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the location is convenient, and the staff are superb. Ms.Mayuri and Mr. Salleh are genuinely friendly and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Very bad

I booked the hotel knowing they have a parking but they surprised me that I have to pay 50 ! A day for parking. The smell in the whole hotel is like fish it’s bad and the staff are disrespectful and rude.They don’t refund me although I didn’t stay with them.

The place and the staff were exceptional. Warm welcome, great location, and Communication was on point, and it's so money worth considering the service they provide as a three-star hotel. I am definitely coming back again. Great thanks to Khadija for a warm welcome and to Precious, the concierge, who really goes out does his way to make great recommendations if you are new, and all the great staff in town.

Literally nothing big. Even when they could forget something during cleaning, just one call away, and they respond to you. The only thing that made me sad was not being able to extend my stay there due to full booking. And they made sure to notify me a day ahead.

I stayed on the 5th floor in a Suit. Everything about the stay was wonderful.

I was lucky to stay on the 5th floor as I could still hear a bit of the very high loud music.
