Khalidia Palace Hotel Dubai

It was located in the old side of the city and close to traditional markets. The room we were in was next to teh main street and a bit noisy.There was a variety of options for breakfast, but the quality was not perfect!

While booking, I requested an early check-in as our flight arrived there early in the morning, and we had two children with us. Since I didn't get any response, I contacted them 2-3 times more, but I was given a general response that if the room is available, we may offer you (rather than confirming either availability or unavailability).Anyway, we went there around 2 pm (close to their announced 3 pm check-in time) and were still asked to sit in the lobby while they would see what they could do!! We were exhausted after a long trip (from Australia) and had been wandering around in a rented car since the morning. They didn't even bring us water, and we had to purchase drinks for the kids (although we saw some other receptionists offer juice to their clients). Some of the lights were blinking!When we took a shower, water came out of the shower screen and flooded the bathroom. We asked them to fix it, but they just sent someone after an hour or so, and looked at it and after we asked, dried the area, but the problem was not fixed until the last day of our trip!We had to leave one night early, and when we informed them, they didn't bother to give us any refund or credit, although they charged us extra during check-in!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Special thanks to Racheal for her excellent hospitality and for taking great care of our baby. She was so kind and very helpful. We also extend our thanks to Mohammed Usman for taking care of our room every day. We look forward to coming back again.

The reception experience was not professional. We were kept waiting for a long time, and we were initially given the wrong room type, which was a room designed for disabled guests. After we complained, we were told that the hotel was fully booked and asked to check again the next day. However, after insisting that we be given the same room type we had originally booked, they eventually changed us to another room.In addition, the lifts were not operating efficiently and took a very long time, especially during breakfast hours.

reception staff lied and said there is no rooms available, after checking booking.com there were alot of options available!

Although the hotel is listed as a 5-star property on Booking.com, in reality it operates at a 3-star level. The photos can be misleading. While the breakfast was satisfactory, the overall service and facilities did not meet the standards expected of a 5-star hotel.

Before one day of checkout i tried to extend my stay at 4pm the price was 4500 aed for more 4 nights when i bring the cash at 8 pm the price become 6750 ?

We really enjoyed our stay at Khalidia Hotel. The hotel itself is very comfortable and the staff were always kind and helpful. A special thanks to Nassim — he is a really good guy, always smiling, and made our stay even better. We truly appreciate the great service.

I’ve stayed at Khalidia Palace Hotel Deira multiple times, and my most recent visit was truly outstanding. Booking 5 rooms for our group, the pre-check-in service was impeccable—they handled all my special requests seamlessly. During our stay, the exceptional service continued, making everything smooth and enjoyable. The hotel is spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and the entire staff’s attitude is top-notch—professional, friendly, and always ready to assist.The location is excellent—just 10 minutes from DXB airport , with easy walking access to a plethora of high-quality and diverse restaurants, as well as Deira’s vibrant nightlife.A special shoutout to Sofia and Ahmed Hesham from the Customer Relations team; they went above and beyond with their help before and throughout our stay, making us feel truly valued. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Deira!

Property location very suitable easy to find it I have just one suggestion if possible to add Pakistani food in breakfast overall everything fine I am immensely grateful to Sofia and Ahmed Hesham; they were both very attentive and made the trip unforgettable. They forced me to pay AED 200 as a deposit.I paid it, and during checkout they told me the refund would be processed within 2 days.It’s been almost 2 weeks now, and I’ve been following up with them, but they still haven’t refunded it.

No privacy for females in swimming pool and sport room .We didn't use the either swimming pool nor sport tools

I had an amazing experience with my family. The staff were incredible, with too many to mention individually, but special thanks to Ahmed from Reception, who was always courteous, supportive, and smiling; Gamal Salah (Manager); Hashir and Sami from Concierge; and Chef Ramesh, whose Sunday buffet was fantastic and well worth it. My apologies if I’ve missed anyone, as the entire team was wonderful. The location was excellent, with several shops within a short walking distance from the hotel, including a money exchange. The hotel itself also has a salon and a small supermarket, which was very convenient. The salon staff were also excellent and very professional, and it’s no surprise they were so busy. I’m especially glad my daughter had her first haircut here, which made for a lovely experience all around. The entire team, from the concierge to the management, were outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again in the future.
