Fortune Deira Hotel

Disappointed at all

No parking at all. And staff giving suggestions find RTA parking no refunds and foods they not prepared properly I ordered club sandwiche it’s came with cheese wrapper when we informed they didn’t take it seriously. Very disappointed staff not friendly at all

Stay,staff, clean

Prices, when extending the stay changed their rates and the already deal

Unsatisfied

Everything, especially the staff at the reception he gave me a higher price than booking.com and he also had an attitude

Room was spic and span, latest fittings, new floorings, spacious room, good amenities, pleasant feeling when you enter the room.

The noise of the clubs in the night may disturb some people.

From front desk to house keeping everything was comfortable. Reception team is so friendly with smiling face, they will kindly listen and settle all your requests. Thambi Anna and other staffs are so supportive. After renovation hotel is awesome. This hotel will always gives me positive vibe and I never feel bored

I like everything but little disappointed on pay parking. We visitors will be happy if Mr. Praveen shetty lease near by parking and provide free parking for customers

Nice modern facilities, showers and floors.

Please attend to pest control, we noticed droppings we couldn't be sure where they were from until we found a rat in the room. Rat droppings are unfortunately very hazardous. We did alert the staff of course.

All Staffs are very friendly and cooperative especially Thampi and many more (don't remember name for all)... And security guards too very polite and helpful.

nothing to say

No parking facility and old kind look and split AC with noisy.

Good house keeping and support staff

Near to all facilities except parking facility

every thing was finr, staff was cooperative, location also good, rooms cleanliness was fine.

breakfast was not included in package, its cost was very high.Free Shuttle service not provided

My recent stay at Fortune Hotel Deira was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home with their outstanding service and genuine warmth. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious, well-maintained rooms and a prime location in Deira.A special Thanks to Dinesh Pandey Brother, Housekeeping Manager, whose dedication and attention to detail truly made my stay exceptional. His professionalism and kind nature went above and beyond, and I greatly appreciated his efforts to ensure everything was perfect during my stay.Thank you to all the staff for making this experience unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend Fortune Hotel Deira and can’t wait for my next visit.

Location is perfectly nearby super markets, metro etc.

Ms. Pooja is very professional and customer care oriented.

The property was really nice and well-maintained. I appreciated how clean everything was, and it was clear that they had recently refurbished the place, which gave it a fresh and updated feel. It definitely made a good impression.

I had a pleasant stay at the Fortune Hotel Deira, where I enjoyed comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast in the morning. The hotel maintains high cleanliness standards, making my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and attentive, with front office staff member Dileep providing exceptional service, particularly in handling requests efficiently. Overall, the combination of great service, comfort, and cleanliness made for a satisfying experience.

Hotel is located in Old Dubai side. Very lively. It’s walking distance to train station (10-15minutes).Staff was friendly & helpful specially at The Front desk and Bellboy.Room was spacious and bright.

I like location

1 your bathroom no have toothpaste with brush 2 I was booking couple but when next Day came other vissiter I paid again 100 dreham it is not fair.

convenient and the staff is approachable

we dont like when we enter the room there ia smell of cegaritte.like my friend ahe has ashma we nee to spray some perfumes

It was near the airport because we needed a hotel after having our connection flight cancelled after the flood. The staff at the counter were very amienable.

Perhaps more than just one tea bag per person in the room

the room was big when compared to other.

not family friendly, no parking. had to pay 40 SAR additional for only private parking.

It's located in a suitable place, but what a shame! there are many things that should be improved.

There was a night club or something similar at the ground and i couldn't sleep at all! It was a nightmare. Bad bad bad!!!During the booking you told me that this hotel has a hotel-airport shuttle service but they didn't at all. It was problematic and inconvinient.Because of some renovation works in the hotel there were much dust!!
