Bed was comfortable. Room clean but run down. Price was $--- approximately.

Small pillows , mold in bathroom, toilet doesn¿t flush, a/c making weird noise, no coffee at breakfast( they were out?), breakfast was mini muffins which were stale, yogurt, two bags of cereal thrown on the breakfast bar, milk, eggs , no late check out

Staff cleaning of the facilities everyday & especially their flexibility in terms of time. Mainly also quite quick access to the main highways. Staff is quite friendly & helpful in pointing out things you need to know.Overall, a very nice experience & would definitely go there again ISA

Small bugs were reportedly spotted in the apt, but that can be forgiven given the nature of the place, add to that the fact that we left the windows & balcony doors open most of the time bcz of the very nice weather during this time of year.

The place was spacious my kid enjoyed it.

Entry to the basement parking is narrow, Big cars like SUV difficult to manouver.

It was difficult to control the AC and there was water leak on one of the toilets

Spacious apartment, and very helpful staff. Location is superb, with Mall of Emirates and B1 mall at walking distance.

Swimming pool was small

Space is very big, there are 3 showers which was very useful for 3 friends. The apartment had big TV, there are also a sauna and a pool which we didn't have time to check out. The personel is very helpful and kind. They even checked if we left anything during a check out. This way, we didn't left 2 shirts in a closet!

First of all, there are cockroaches. It's expectable as it's an apartment hotel and they are not very big, but still an unpleasant issue. You need to ask for cutlery separately. Also, we had an issue with our safe box which was resolved pretty quickly.

Clean place with good wifi. Ample parking at the basement. Close to all the amenities you might need eg: laundry, restaurant etc

At a walking distance to the mall of emirates. Kitchen was well equipped. Housekeeping did a great job. Wifi was excellent.

The location was good, almost 10mins walk to the Mall of Emirates from where one can reach the Al Barsha metro station. Rooms are pretty big with balconies. Amazing choice for its value and price. Our floor supervisor Muhammad (forgot his last time) was a really nice

Some refurbishments are needed. Light bulbs were glitching in one of the rooms we stayed and there was no air extractor fan in one bathroom. It would be better if some of the kitchen basics, like salt & sugar, were added to the kitchen utensils.

Staff are pleasant and responsive

The furniture is old and needs replacing, especially the sofas. Our room description stated one double bed but instead it was 2 single beds put together which was very uncomfortable to sleep on

We have been coming to this hotel for years, and it never disappoints! The location is excellent, making it convenient for everything we need.
