The biggest problem with my room during my stay (1068) was that every morning from 8am onwards there was a lot of noise from the shooting and the hotel service staff, but overall it was a good stay and experience.

Everything was perfect, I stayed in one bedroom with kitchen and it was fantastic, everything is available and it was very nice, breakfast was great with different dishes and the view also was very good.

It’s only me that I prefer balcony in the apartment, but most of Dubai hotels are just like this, yet for me it wasn’t an issue at all.

Location was perfect for the medical treatment our son received. Rooms were big and comfortable.

Housekeeping didn't attend to our room on the first day, and when they did clean, the bathrooms could have been cleaned better. The kitchen only had two plates, now bowls, and side plates. We had our child in the room, but they never increased the cutlery or crockery, and there were only two glasses next to the bed. Although the breakfast has a lot to offer for us, it was costly, and the option to have à la carte would have been better for our South African Rand! R900 for breakfast for two people was very expensive for us.

This was a well appointed rental. They listed it as a studio, but really it had the feel of a one bedroom apartment. While the service came very late (at 5 pm twice) in the day it was very thorough and by the time we left after 4 nights we had 13 unopened water bottles. Our room had a marvelous view (35th floor). Unfortunately the windows were dirty, but still watching the fireworks over creekside park from the room was wonderful. My only complaint was that they had a mandatory New Year's Eve party attendance requirement that was on the order of $300 to $400 US that we were told about a day before our refundable room payment was needed. To switch elsewhere would have been prohibitive. Still, apparently most of the Dubai major hotels have these mandatory parties so I doubt we would have fared better elsewhere. Also, the base cost of the room at that time was fantastic, so I don't want to complain too much. The hotel is located away from the downtown and was a 20 min taxi to the airport and about the same to the Dubai Mall. Having said that, traffic in this city is ridiculous as it took an hour 45 mins to get an Uber and then get back to our hotel at night from the Dubai Mall. We will always remember the beautiful view, especially of the New Year's Eve fireworks.

why they splitted family ?why charged more ?

We didnt get the same flatGave 2 small flats Not close to Each others and the Family was Splitted !!!! They charged 3000/- Derhams more !!!

While check in they insist me to pay 4,900 AED for new year celebration at the hotel. I refused to pay the mentioned amount and they didn’t allow me to check in. Simply, the rude Egyptian manager refused to help and show any interest to resolve the issue especially that i came with my kids and my older mother. I didn’t recommend to book on this hotel because of unprofessional policies and the behaviour of the Egyptian manager.

Away from the city.. modern and clean.. no traffic when coming back to the hotel.. spacious room.. check in service, concierge was excellent

The voice proof quality is bad. And I was attributed to a room with a construction next to it, so noisy.

Excellent location from popular sites I wanted to visit. Gorgeous hotel with great amenities, breakfast was very delicious with professional and courteous cooks.

Didn't had enough option for Jain Foods. Chef tried their best, however quality and taste were not to the standards. However they tried their best and 10 ratings for their attempt.

I was genuinely impressed by the entire experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean, modern, and comfortable, offering a great place to relax after a long day in the city. The staff went above and beyond with their service, always friendly and ready to assist with anything I needed, especially abdulrazek and souad. The location was good for us because we have 2 kids, 1 year old and 3 years old,and the hotel is 5 minutes away from children's city and park and 15 minutes away by car from dubai mall, making it easy to reach the main attractions and enjoy everything Dubai has to offer. Overall, it was an outstanding stay, and I would gladly return on my next visit.

The staff were very friendly. Especially like to think the housekeeping staff who took care of our room.

I felt the property was a bit outdated. It could have been more “updated” in terms of the furniture choice and kitchen utensils lacked. However, it was very clean and felt comfortable. The beds are very comfortable.
