Beautiful hotel with a unique design and great location.

The air conditioning was very hot and uncomfortable throughout the stay.•Despite contacting the hotel several times, the issue was not properly resolved.•The main purpose of the stay was relaxation, but the experience was stressful instead.•The service did not meet the expectations of a five-star luxury hotel.•The deposit has still not been refunded even after more than a month.

The hotel location is excellent, the design is luxurious and comfortable, and the staff were very professional and friendly.

The bathroom sinks had issues: the water flow from the tap was not well controlled and splashed outside, and the drainage was also poor. I also noticed hair in two different places upon receiving the room, and the room service was quite slow.

The stay from start to finish was incredible. Beautiful room, incredible hospitality and wonderful food. Would highly recommend.

We had a truly wonderful stay at One&Only Za’abeel and enjoyed every single moment of our trip. The hotel and rooms are absolutely astonishing—the design is so modern and the views of the skyline are breathtaking. What really made the difference, though, was the staff. Everyone was so lovely and helpful, making us feel welcome from the second we arrived. The service is amazing and truly world-class. If you’re looking for a luxury escape that exceeds every expectation, this is it. Highly recommended

Everything was amazing the staff, the room and the facilities , the location and the breakfast will definitely book again.

I loved the luxurious and modern design, the high level of cleanliness, and the attention to detail. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was excellent.

The fact that I had to ask the room service for a praying mat while it should be available in every hotel since we live in Muslim country. I know it’s a really small detail but it annoyed me as a local and a muslim ofc.

The Pool in the link is closed for “renovations” despite it being high season in Dubai.

The room is clean and everything felt luxurious.

I had a special request that I’m celebrating my anniversary, I was shocked that there was nothing in the room like usually any hotel will at least decorate the bed. Although we got a mini cake for this celebration. Another thing I didn’t like is the food. We ordered pasta and burger, the pasta was literally tasteless and the chicken smelled off I couldn’t eat it and I ate the pasta only because I had no other option.

Quiet hotel, the size of the room is great, breakfast was nice, kids club was fantastic the Nannie’s was great and she loves the kids and she gives them many activity to do. Nice swimming pool.

1/The size for the queen bed is not enough for two as I booked a double queen room. 2/Moving between elevators.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but the management and service were extremely disappointing. I came with high expectations because it’s One&Only One Za’abeel, yet the experience didn’t reflect the luxury reputation or value.There were no welcoming vibes from the staff, and the room wasn’t properly prepared, I had to call and request basic items like an iron. The pool was supposed to close at 7 PM, but when we arrived at 6 PM, we were told it was already closed due to the “early sunset.” This kind of inconsistency doesn’t suit a luxury property.The most unacceptable incident was when room service entered my room without knocking or permission. When I reported this to the manager, there was no real apology or empathy, just a cold response saying they would “investigate,” as if I was making it up. After their investigation confirmed the staff’s fault, the compensation offered was a 50% discount on a future stay. That’s insulting, I’m not looking for a charity; I expected respect and professionalism.Overall, it’s a stunning property with very poor management. The service doesn’t justify the price or the brand name. Definitely not the experience you’d expect from One&Only.

Honestly, the place is really nice, the cleanliness is perfect, and even the room is spacious and beautiful.

Everything was nice, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like, except that the reception is upstairs and we had to go up to check in instead of having it right at the entrance.

I loved everything about this hotel. The property is extremely clean, beautifully designed, and very well organized. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was rich and diverse, and the staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The reception team was excellent and made the stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel isn't just about the view—though that's a major highlight! The service was top-notch; the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. And let's talk about breakfast: a delicious spread with plenty of options to start your day right. The rooms are great, but with the amazing view, excellent service, and fantastic breakfast, this hotel is a winner. Highly recommend it!
