There was bed bugs in my room and now I am hospitalized because i have severe allergy. The hotel are saying that it is dust. Its not and there shouldn’t be any dust in the mattress i took a picture 2 bugs in the corner of the mattress. I cut off my vacation because of my health. I want a full refund of the stay please this experience caused me my health and my mental health.

I’ll like a refund on the property as not only one I didn’t stay there. Two I don’t smoke I was placed in a smoking room the place smelt like smoke so I checked out.

Staff were excellent, There was a direct communication with the hotel’s management through WhatsApp , and they answered all my requests in a timely matter

Too expensive for old hotel, i was surprised, the chain is super luxurious but this hotel was bellow average with very tiny lobby and no seating areas. Its like three star hotel entrance

there was smell of food everywhere including the room and the sheets smelled bad and the bathroom had a weird smell too. i regret paying.

The amazing members of the staff at the concierge and lobby personnel. Also, the chef and dining staff. In particular, we thank Yan and Haris for going beyond their scope to assist us. We will certainly return on the strength of such personal service.

Mustafa at the reception was incredible. Most friendly staff altogether. Hamid during check-in was also great. Overall best service from the people at the door to the room service impeccable

Good value. Nice big clean and quiet rooms. Very nice big gym with plenty of equipment. The breakfast was generous and had everything I needed and a little more. The restaurant options were very good too. Khobarahm at the entrance made you feel right at home immediately upon arrival and always eager to help with a taxi or a kind gesture. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I would certainly come back. Thank you.

The lobby bar is very expensive. The design of the rooms and bathroom is a little old fashioned but well maintained and still looking very good.

Loved the hotel and service. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Hotel rooms are clean and smells very nice. In room dining service is fast and good was delicious. Very nice view.

The hotel was good overall. Mustafa at the reception was very friendly and helpful, and I wish him all the best. The room was excellent — spacious with a beautiful city view.

The only issue I faced was that the mattress was too hard, which caused me back pain.
