Liked the surrounding and area

Cockroaches in the room and the bathroom, dirty towels, the last day of stay there was no water in the washroom and kitchen.

Water issues, water connection disconnected for 5 hrs . ALL the guest were late for work due to no water in rooms

It is a good location and iconic as it is

I did not like it is always occupied and it is hard to get in there

Our stay at Icon Hôtel was very good, staff were friendly.

No restaurant, no breakfast in the morning.

The Hotel is very comfortable, with balconies, and pool, what i like the humor and behavior from front desk manager, He provide every time we ask for extra plates, towels, and stuff.He is very communicative person, He explain us which malls are best and where to go to eat and all, choosing this hotel means you are in middle of city.

The location is not bad.

This place was not clean at all. Kitchen was dirty and we even saw cockroaches roaming around throughout the property. This property management need to do some serious cleaning and it's over priced for what they offer.

AC & INTERNET FACILITY NEEDS SOME ATTENTION IN MAINTENANCE REGARDS, DIDINT ENJOYED GOOD QUALITY OF WIFI

Staff is ridiculous, hotel isnt very clean.

The staff is very very unresponsive. The service is extremely slow. They did not even have fresh towels in the morning before 10 am. We had to call them multiple times to even get water bottles. The rooms are okay. Would get better hotels to stay in the same price. No kitchen service. The hotel also had a weird smell.

The hotel is old and not clear the bad smell everywhere , room service is very bad always delayed , bathroom is clean and no hot water only not cold

Location is very good, restaurants and anything you need is just righy beside the main gate. Very family environment.

Building and amenities are old, it could have been more cleaner.

The room is spacious. The location is accessible to Metro and supermarkets.

We requested to move to another room as there is a bad smell and maggots in the toilet.

Room service and maintenance are very bad.

The price was reasonable for the location however the area is in traffic. The unit has sufficient kitchen appliances.The unit space is great.

The building smells bad.The building has a lot of cockroaches and unfortunately rats, that I couldn't sleep at night.Check-in is slow.Room cleaning will be done upon your request.Staff late responding to provide the parking access and your complaints.The cooker connection was not safe, and the cables were kept exposed which is dangerous for the kids.

Location and very nice staff

For parking, we had to call the staff to open the gate for us, as it wasn’t automatic.

The behavior of Mr. Ahemad the manager was very nice, he helped me a lot with room upgradation.
