Flora Al Barsha Hotel At The Mall

Our hotel stay started surprisingly well!Even though my flight was delayed 7 hours, the staff made it worth it — the receptionist upgraded us to a massive suite, literally the best room in the hotel.And the location? Only 3 minutes walking to Mall of the Emirates.Loved it. ❤️

Unfortunately some maintenance ongoing works for the road in front of the hotel

You did not disclose that it is blocked die ti massive construction and getting to Mall of Emirates was a huge problem. Risked accident every time.I want discount of 20 pct for that real inconvenience

Best value in Al Barsha near Mall of the Emirates. Better gym than the other hotels nearby, nice sauna and steam room as well. Breakfast buffet has something for everyone and I especially loved that the coffee machine had Masala Chai!

Much construccion going in front of hotel and thus noisy and dusty.

Property is very clean. Rooms are nice and well organized. Workers are very friendly and very helpful. They provided assistance always.

The whole stuff are very friendly specially at the Resturant while having break fast, the bell boy and all housekeepers are very nice and have a quick response

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the Mall of the Emirates and the metro. I was traveling for work, so this was a very important factor. The hotel is also clean, quiet, and has good internet access, so you can work comfortably in your room or in the lobby. There's a Starbucks inside the hotel, and my favorite coffee! I highly recommend it.

Room was clean, Spacious and well maintained. Bed was extremely comfortable and also pillows nicely firm and not too feathery soft like most hotels. Exceptional service from check in staff called Subhan. Thank you very much for making my stay enjoyable.

Variety of hotel breakfast had a lot of arabic options. Options were also limited. Heads up, hotel hair dryer is built in on wall kind. Pressure of wind was very low (albeit good heat) and it took very long to dry thick long hair.

The staff is good and always assisting. Especially Amit and his staff. Also Sudan very polite and All the staff.

Nothing. All good. Lots of work outside the hotel road. But it was not any issue. The hotel is good.

Very bad

My stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. First, the management changed my reservation type without informing me, and when I tried to cancel the remaining days due to force majeure circumstances, they refused to refund me.On top of that, the area around the hotel is full of construction, making it extremely noisy all day long — it’s impossible to rest or relax. Also, the hotel’s claim about being close to the Mall of the Emirates is misleading — you actually have to walk a long distance under the sun or through construction zones to reach it.Overall, this was not the experience I expected or paid for. Definitely would not recommend staying here until they fix these issues and start treating guests more fairly.
