Location was near metro

They put me in a room near the club, and the music was so loud all night that I couldn’t sleep, and the stay was a complete waste of money and energy. I don’t recommend this hotel, please stay somewhere else. They didn't change my room, staff told lies.

Bathroom need more renovation ,bathtub was very old and almost damage, need soundproof due to the very loud music in the bar

Not Even An Option!

1. The room had a strong smell of cigarettes and appeared poorly maintained, as if no upkeep had been done for quite some time.2. They refused to provide a reimbursement, despite it being covered under the cancellation policy.As a result, I decided to move to another hotel.

Great location. Easy Access to many supermarkets, restaurants, food stalls, shops, walkable distance to many things and places.

The loud noise from the club on level 7..too too noisy! The strong smell of shisha that entered and consumed our room coming from resto bar on the same floor as the hotel room.we were literally chocking for two nights. the overly mixed use of the building. club goers making noise in front of my room door at the elevator.As a family we Could barely sleep from 12am to 4am which is when the club I think closes. The traffic on level 7 and noise from the club above is unbearable if you are looking for a peaceful quiet night.After two sleepless nights, we were moved to level 6 that only residents can access and the noise from the club on level 7 reduced, shisha smell gone! But the move came after we complained and the move happened after 48 hours.

Old facilities, very poor maintenance...room wasn't well equipped, toilet was and not well equipped..in total not recommended

It’s the perfect location and the restaurant attached was delicious. The breakfast was continental yet fresh daily and unexpectedly delivered to our room without having to call. The staff was really the difference- so helpful. They look out for their guests. I couldn’t lift a bag without them tripping over themselves to help me. Syful and Akila’s were top tier and Nuruddin and Abdulhaid (security) were so helpful and they always had a smile. A MUST STAY if you’re in Diera… they exceed my expectations and the service was comparable to a luxury 5 star hotel. ??

Such a bad experience i had with this hotel, i have booked twin or double room with swimming pool access but hotel gave us a small room with no access of swimming pool. Even they didn’t refund.Not recommended at all

I liked the location and its cleanness. Also liked the carpet since it suppresses the noise.

Staff behavior was not professional. I think they have lack of trainings. At least a good smile can make difference.

It was really fun and so so exciting and the food was great I love the generally we were lucky enough to catch good weather so even when we walk to the different location in the resort it was very enjoyable the variety of facilities was also very nice we tried different restaurant and one of the things we like the most was that since we were a group of adults it was nice to have an adult only pool

I've had a great stay and I really appreciate the good treatment and the first service and I like the smiles on three face is made me feel like me more than welcomed.I'd rather say it felt like home and I would like to thank adeem Akhilesh and dippu makawi In conclusion I loved my stay here and I will for sure be a regular guest in the future Much love Amazing stops and peaceful environment Private pool and spacious Roman amazing terrace view

The pool it is full private. Also, the breakfast was amazing even the staff all friendly room, bed and excellent restaurant, great team, pleasant environment and variety of restaurants and beautiful gym and big plus fantastic stay paradise Hotel all the staff or helpful and welcoming and reception housekeeping is very helpful. Everything except exceptional. Rome was amazing with one of the best and attentive staff. Our stay much more enjoyable with their incredible and quick service.
