The first thing you should know about this hotel is that they never answer the phone — never — even when I pressed the emergency button for urgent situations, they didn’t respond. The cleanliness is very bad, even the blankets in the rooms were torn and incomplete. They are very stingy with amenities; on the first day the only thing they did was bring an old fruit basket. The only good thing was that breakfast tasted good. It’s an experience I will never repeat

Hidden service charge of 10% for restaurant use I had to pay at checkout of the hotel. I already paid my restaurant bill + tips, why was a service charge not mentioned when signing the bills. Bit of a scam.Also try to clean the rooms daily. In 3 nights the housekeeping team came once.

Rooms were spacious and clean

Specifically, we noted a strong, pervasive sewage odor present both at the hotel's main entrance and on our private balcony. This made it impossible to relax and enjoy the view as intended, fundamentally detracting from the purpose of our stay.On the second day, I suffered a jellyfish sting while swimming. The hotel's subsequent emergency intervention was grossly inadequate.The lifeguard offered a minimal response, merely spraying vinegar and advising that the pain would subside in 2–3 hours.The condition worsened significantly that night, becoming swollen and intensely painful.A call to the reception requesting assistance for the pain was met with a promise to send security with a first aid kit; however, no one ever arrived to provide aid.Due to the lack of proper medical attention from the hotel staff, the pain became unbearable. Upon checking out to catch our flight, I was forced to seek emergency medical care directly from the airport.At the hospital emergency room, I was diagnosed with an infection resulting from the sting and immediately prescribed antibiotics. This confirms that the lack of prompt, proper medical intervention by the hotel staff not only failed to treat the injury but allowed it to worsen significantly and become infected.The hotel was wholly unprepared for a common seaside emergency, which led to unnecessary suffering, a disrupted trip, and additional medical costs.

We liked everything

The room is gorgeous and spacious. especially we stayed at the room 316 which was right in the middle of the hotel.

There was a construction next to the hotel and it was loud during the day, so I didn't enjoy the calmness of the swimming pool and the beach. The beach activities were closed and the swimming pools closes at 8 which is too early. Other hotels in the Dubai especially in the Palm area their pools stays till 11 pm

Everything was amazing from the lobby until we got a room. Fantastic view on Burj Al Arab, sea view, on reception make an upgrade for free and give us so big room and special a bathroom with a bath tub and tv. Kids club for our child so beautiful and friendly staff. Spa facilities make us feel as queens. Thanks to all staff
