We had a very disappointing experience at Atlantis Hotel.We had reserved a room to celebrate my birthday, but due to an error in the reservation, the wrong room was booked. Despite the fact that many guests had been invited, upon arrival we were told that no rooms were available at all.What made the situation worse was the complete lack of cooperation or effort to resolve the issue. No alternative solutions were offered, and no real assistance was provided. Even the hotel’s restaurants were fully booked, and the staff did not help with any coordination or reservations.For a hotel of this standard, this level of poor service and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. Unfortunately, what should have been a special and memorable celebration turned into a very negative experience.

Breakfast was ok, a little bit too scattered around for my liking. Staff were nice and helpful but service was a little slow. The check-in process was too slow and way too many people at the lobby area.

The room service was very slow, check-in took way too long and it was a hassle waiting in the lobby area as there are so many people visiting and coming to stay. The lobby cafe had horrible customer service.

The staff! There’s an incident someone came in to our room with the key and the staff didn’t even apologize or give us anything

Luxury Hotel experience with many amenities, shops and top restaurants

Hotel overall is great but Long waiting time at check-in and check-out. We experienced a small leakage in the room that was later-on fixed. We couldn’t find a reservation at one of the hotel restaurants or even in the lobby to get prioritized as hotel residents and check-out time is only 12.

I booked to celebrate my anniversary and requested under the booking to have some arrangements with a complimentary cake, i kept asking and called for it five times , they brought it on my check out time and that was very inconvenient

I booked this for my friend birthday I called two times the property made sure it’s completely paid because I asked them payment link and they told me all is set however once they reached to the property they were charged again!!! I didn’t know until one week later my friends told me they were charged.Its very disappointing a 5 star hotel with such poor management if my friends wouldn’t tell me I dont know what would happen, the property didn’t mention at all that they have charged us twice!!!! Disappointed

I liked everything except for the check out from the hotel bit.

I did not like that the check out queue was undefined, we had an angry man who barged in when it was our turn to check out and said he was there before us but honestly we did not know that because he stood really far away from us and was not anywhere near or behind where we stood.

Very clean .big room

It was very crowded and not suitable for a place where you want to relax. Every time you make a request at the reception, it takes a long time for them to respond.

The amenities, pools and beach

The services and cleanliness. Food was delicious but expensive.

We had a lot of fun everywhere , free aquaventure access , lounge club , amazing breakfast , beach club , afternoon sitting overlooking the fountain .. every corner there has something to do

Lighting system in the room is slightly complicated

The electricity wasn’t working properly “in the most elegant hotel in the world” my husband needs a sleeping machine, can you imagine two people in the room at 11:30pm trying to fix the electricity problem in a hotel of this category?? For me was a terrible experience. The check-in employees are very unprofessional.

Sky Pool villa day 1 pool was cold

Absolutely everything. The design is iconic, the rooms are incredibly luxurious, the views are breathtaking, and the attention to detail is outstanding. The staff were extremely professional and welcoming, making the entire stay feel exclusive and effortless

What an absolutely amazing stay in this beautiful hotel. There are no words to explain our experience. The decorations, restaurants, staff, facilities, anything you can imagine in the most luxurious way are offered in this extraordinary hotel.

eally amazing hotel. Not my first stay, but it’s always an experience. It’s the kind of hotel you choose only if you’re planning to spend your entire time on the property. Plenty of things to do, an astonishing level of luxury, and everything is maintained to the highest standards.

We had a minor issue where they misplaced our luggage when we checked in, it got solved, but felt like they are all over the place and multiple people contacted us to solve this issue...

Ultra hotel, very elegant and uniqe.

Price is very high, and even some of the services are not included - such as the pool in floor 22 and the SPA

Its a well organized hotel with a beautiful layout

The A/C wasnt cold which was unfortunate And the breakfast service could’ve been better , its not the level of ultra -Luxury
