Hyatt Place Dubai Baniyas Square

Comfortable room, bed nice and comfortable.

Distance to main attractions.

THE ROOM WAS SO CLEAN AND ALSO HAD GOOD VIEW AND THE BREAKFAST WAS SO GOOD

The location was good

The property caught fire and the next day l missed my flight back to uganda because the hotel was closed off by police. They didn’t reimburse me the ticket for my flight as l had to book a ticket back home the next day. No reimbursement whatsoever.????

Comfortable location

Near by town and walking distance to shopping places

The hotel caught fire and the staff were not coordinated at all and there was no notification. It was stressful at night and I stayed in another hotel

Rooms were good.

No parking and very rushy area. Also hotel caught fire during my stay.

I love the location. It has a train station in front which was very handy and all major brands nearby for shopping.

I didn’t like the facts that there were nowhere to park our taxi nearby or do any drop off.

Breakfast normal reception gays perfect

Room small

The rooms was good and clean. The staff at the restaurant was friendly. The room cleaning boys was also very nice and humble.

The entrance was not ideal......difficult for the car to wait and for us to offload and load our bags. The entrance to the hotel does not deserve the brand name of Hyatt....lastly the food spread and the taste at the breakfast restaurant was below average but the friendly staff compensated this...specially a Nigerian lady called Ruth.

Our room was comfy and staff were attentive

The surroundings in Baniyas Square is not conducive to families. Not safe to roam around at night

Great location with easy access to the train station (Baniyas Square - Green line), really pleasant and clean rooms. All the staff at the hotel are incredibly helpful and generous. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and they allowed early check in, so we could relax after the long flight. Breakfast is very good. This is my second time staying at this hotel. I truly recomend this hotel for stay in Dubai.

Excellent location for shopping ,restaurants ,Clean and friendly staff .

All good ..

Location

Reception staff is lazy.Fridge in the room are in bad condition.

Excellent breakfast & well located in Deira. Staffs were really nice with customers.

The room was a bit small for 3 pax.

Very spacious and clean rooms and an excellent breakfast, included in the price. Also, the location in Deira which allows for a more authentic experience in Dubai, because you get to see the real life. And allows for large savings as all restaurants are cheaper, while the food is tastier, than in tourist spots like Dubai Marina. Close to subway.

Could not find the stairs, but elevators worked perfectly!

LOCATION, The Staff.

The Toilets in the room were not well cleaned and had stains; its a busy hotel they have probably been overused. The dining room is too small.

Room was very clean. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Location is not good.

Our stay at Hyatt was the highlight of our trip. Ms. Muskaan was very prompt, professed courteous. We had a quick check-in and also received an auto- upgrade as we were on a honeymoon! The house keeping staff was fantastic and the location is absolutely near to the metro with plenty of shops around. Couldn’t ask for more!

Maybe just improving the quality of the breakfast would be good.

value for money... lovely hotel, very clean, nice staff, and big breakfast options

everything

Big spaceCleanliness

The staff was misjudge my friend as prostitute, very bad.
