Florida Square Hotel (Previously known Flora Square Hotel)

The location is perfect for business people and staff are very welcoming, came in late was even helped with ordering something to eat

Nothing much really was comfortable

I like the way staffs Mr.Satheesh and Mr.Kaethik Attending us in very good and polite manner.Their service are marvelous.

Staff was good

At the time of booking its mentioned parking available and on arrival i come to know its only drop off. It was so difficult that time to find parking on some other place and pay extra for parking facility.

It’s clean and so quiet and close to the shopping area

I have been coming to Florida Square a couple of times now, because of the location. The staff are also friendly.

I did not like the beddings and also they forgot to put bathroom mats in my room.

No parking, have to request for towels not available by default, parking made me a really big issue for this hotel, careful you may get fined 1000aed. You need to park around 7 minutes walk opposite naif police station, i am not sure how this hotel got 7. It shouldn't be considered a hotel to be frank it is lower grade than a furnished appartment, even no free water, they held my emirates id until i left. Clean room though.

Cleanliness level was very low. Hospitality expectations were poor. Even they didnt offer water in the room. Also room was very small and price was very high. Not recommended at all at such huge price

Already I have specified above

Clean room and corridor 24/7

Storekeeper very rude

The place itself is clean very nice friendly staff. Good customer service at reception and restaurant also. I highly recommend this Place as its the cleanest Hotel in this area. The house keeping guy did a great job of cleaning our room. Overall everything is perfect! Thank you so much. Will surely be back soon! ?????

Staff was good

Overpriced , Not all mandatory toiletories provided

The room was okay...and the price was decent

The worst area to be staying in Dubai...with tons of ladies offering services...even pulling hands...I did not research the area before booking...

Very efficient in check and check out. Reception and security,Staff very helpfu and responsivel

They don't provide any bottles drinking waterThe cleaners would have done better job is the restroom. Like getting rid of the old soap

They do with me frawd. Took my bank details and hacked my bank account number

The room was very huge and comfortable. The staff was very hospitable

The location was terrible. There was very little utilities in the room.

The staff were very helpful and accessible. The hotel is well located for those wishing to buy a variety of commodities. It is clean and smells fresh.

At some point, tissue and soap was missing. Had to request

cleaning was done daily Great staff very helpful Hotel is close to everything.

Breakfast needs to upgrade more.

The hotel is close to all facilities, such as shops bus station and also boat facilities.

Noise outside the hotel early in the morning.Needs to upgrade the breakfast.
