The private beach- was 20 mins walk from the hotel as the Wydenham hotel part of the Fluid beach is far away.

The pool at Wyndham Residences is not available, which was very disappointing. The pool staff treat guests like secondary citizens and are unhelpful and dismissive. In addition, there is a huge construction site next door with heavy machinery operating 24 hours a day, making it extremely noisy and disruptive. This was not disclosed in advance and significantly affected our stay

The size of the space

Staff behaviour , (reception behaviour),bad customer service, dirty floor , pool was under construction and they didnt mention in the booking.com

Only we have limited sun bed in the pool

When we were checking out of the hotel, we asked them to call us a taxi. The staff member who brought our luggage called one. While we were waiting outside, a regular taxi arrived and we asked him if that was ours. He told us that another taxi would come. The one that arrived was a private car. Before getting in, we told the staff member that such cars can be very expensive and asked him to call us a regular taxi instead. He assured us that it was no different from a standard taxi and hurried us into the vehicle. For the ride between the hotel and Emirates Mall (about 14 km), which normally costs around 40 dirhams, this taxi charged us 99.9 dirhams. I believe they applied this unpleasant practice because they thought we were tourists. Overall quality of rooms were low. The toilet flush, iron was not working properly. The sofa was very dirty and the quality of the breakfast was low there was a hair strand in open honey jar. Also the hotel was not suitable for people that don't like the crowdedness of private beach clubs since the hotel partnered with an external beach club. The beach club didn’t even provided towels more than one per person.

My recent stay at Wyndham Residences The Palm in Dubai was nothing short of fantastic, and I can’t recommend this hotel enough for its exceptional hospitality and stunning location. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless and memorable, thanks to the incredible staff and beautiful facilities.The hospitality truly stood out. Jubayer and Dianne were absolute gems—always smiling, no matter the situation, and their warmth made us feel right at home. Their positive energy was infectious and elevated our entire stay. The valet service was equally impressive, with a special shoutout to Ahmed, who was not only professional but also brought humor that brightened our day. His efficiency and charm made every interaction a pleasure.A huge thank you goes to the manager, Karina, who was an absolute star. When I accidentally blocked someone’s car in the parking area, Karina handled the situation with kindness, professionalism, and grace. Not only did she resolve the issue swiftly, but she also upgraded us to a breathtaking sea-view room as a gesture of goodwill. Throughout our stay, Karina checked in to ensure we were enjoying ourselves, and her genuine care (and, yes, her gorgeous presence!) made a lasting impression. Thank you, Karina, for going above and beyond!The reception team was equally impressive—fast, friendly, and efficient. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, with no waiting around, which we greatly appreciated. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with the sea view being a highlight that made mornings magical. The hotel’s location on The Palm is perfect, offering easy access to Dubai’s attractions while feeling like a serene escape.e, Wyndham Residences The Palm deserves a glowing 5/5 for its outstanding staff, beautiful facilities, and prime location. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with high-quality dishes and fresh ingredients. However, it felt a bit repetitive over a few days, and I wish there were more variety in the food options to keep things exciting. This was a minor drawback in an otherwise stellar experience.

We received a room upgrade, which was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Breakfast was average—nothing special, but acceptable.

The hotel partners with two beach clubs that guests can access via vouchers. The closest one, Soluna, is directly outside the hotel but is often fully booked due to high demand. If you don’t collect your voucher early, you won’t get access. In that case, you’re directed to the second beach club, which requires a walk. While not far, it’s inconvenient and disrupts the overall experience.

The architecture of these residences is inspired by Yemen's Sanaa and it is magnificent.The pool area with the large circular Jacuzzi is excellent. The beach is also nice.The apartments are incredibly spacious.We walked several times along the sea.

- Breakfast needs to be dramatically improved: Quality and variety are rather poor considering the hotel class. The room where breakfast is served is too small when there are many guests in the hotel. Coffee should be brought to the table: Instead you have lo line for a coffee machine which was half broken during our second breakfast and completely broken during our third.- Several people at the reception are not up to the task: They are very kind but not very efficient. For instance, our third evening we ask to reserve at a nearby restaurant. All the info was written down, but the restaurant received no reservation.- Alcool is served at the pool bar, but their prices are a rip off. They charge you for a beer can 12 times what they pay African and Eastern for it.

We had an amazing stay, so much so, that if we had to come back long term we would, the set up of the Wyndham residences is amazing for a family of 5. Mr. Surendra, Mr. Nathaniel, Mr. Saber made sure we had an excellent stay and checked in with us daily and the hospitality of Bimale and Delip kept our room in spotless shape. Mr. Ahmed at valet was awesome and put a smile on our sons face. We had the 3 bedroom 2.5 bath unit with a wonderful view of the Gulf. The palm is a great enclave of activities, shops and dining with easy access to downtown and the marina. The access to the shuttle was a great feature for getting out and about for the day. The boardwalk was a highlight of daily exercise and just taking in the sea air and views. There were things we didn't get the chance to do this go round, so that leaves room for another visit. The staff at the Wyndham were amazing, every last one of them were kind, helpful and a joy to interact with.Be advised, there is a major construction project taking place adjacent to the property. While guests may find it an inconvenience, it barely impacted us during our stay. The property does not have it's own pool per say but does have access to two beach clubs on the property which you can obtain vouchers for towels (included) at the front desk. I would recommend doing this earlier on in the day as the vouchers for the closest beach club can run out. Also, book your space early in the day for the free shuttle bus as times/space is limited.

Its the worst not even up to 2 stars Hotel

When I arrived at the hotel I was shocked. It was nothing close to a five-star hotel. The place had a very bad smell, the location was terrible, and the reception staff were extremely unprofessional.I contacted them immediately and sent a request through Booking.com to cancel my reservation, but they refused. I complained directly to Booking as well, and even after explaining everything, they still refused to help. Their attitude was very unhelpful, almost as if they were trying to force me to keep the reservation even though the place was clearly unacceptable.There were so many issues — the smell, the rooms, the overal. Vibes its not 5 star — everything was bad. I honestly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

facilities like the pool and the beach are not in the hotel premises itself but on the other sister hotel on the next building and we need to get the voucher everyday before we are allowed too use. there was not a lot of breakfast choices like all the other 5 star hotels we've been to.

Staff are friendly and attentive. Service is great. The rooms are clean and comfortable .

Construction going on adjacent the property- it devalues your expectation and experience .
