Absolutely nothing. Needs maintaince. AC WAS not turning down and was freezing all night we had to turn off and turn on ac manually. Pictures are decieving you dont get what u see.. be careful

This is a company that time shares few rooms in the building that are owned by other residents. This is not a 5 star hotel atall. Rooms are moldy and musty .I had to upgrade my room for a hefty fees because the standard room was so small and depressing.

Hotel employee at the front desk was very accommodating and the staff in the kitchen and buffet went over and above to make sure we were satisfied

The staff we dealt with were so friendly, especially the Morrocan guys. They made us feel at home.

The place is walking distance in dubai mall and burj khalifa. There's a minimarket near the building.The staff are nice and kind. Thanks to KRISLEE and her supervisor AHMED they are approachable and helpful.

Near to downtown and amazing booking for NYE. Price was reasonable comparing to other facilities on NYE 2025-2026. Staff (Ahmad) are amazing and friendly. They are offered early check in and late check out to manage it through road closures.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-designed. Best location with on business hub, close to many attractions, restaurants and on the back of Dubai canal, very clean, value for money

Location and the place that is comfortable and clean.

When there is problem like other guests make noise or illegal party, hotel can’t manage it well. I couldn’t sleep whole night because the Saudi people next to my room had party & drink all night.

Pretty much nothing, i guess the valet was fast because not many people were there at the time

The pillows and bedding smelled terrible, took them 30 minutes to change them. The gym is an after thought, tiny and lack of real equipment. The floors were water damaged and cracked. The rooms itself are comprised of old furniture that hasnt been cleaned in ages, 35 inch TVs from 10 years ago, and the cleanliness of the rooms in general is non existent. The problem is the price for this hotel is not justified. 200 dirhams is more reasonable.
