Front desk people were amazing.

it is old but clean. Hallway smells cigarette. The staff at dinning area, at breakfast time, wasn't too friendly. Overall it was good.

Location is within proximity to malls, city center and airport. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean.

It'd be better if there is microwave inside the room

Not the best maintained hotel, renovations needed, and very loud outside (circus outside my window)

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and always have a great experience. The team is so thoughtful — they even prepared a small birthday cake for me and delivered it right at midnight. It truly made my day!Thank you so much for the wonderful service. I’ll definitely be back again next time.

Affordable, clean and friendly staff.

The building needs major maintenance. There were leaks in the bathroom, stains on the carpet, holes in the bed sheets, and the bedside lamps did not work. I could go on, but the overall condition speaks for itself.

The location and that's it, nothing more special.

We had a terrible service from the moment we checked in at 2pm we were asked to wait because our room was not ready despite informing them that we will arrive at 2pm when they asked me in whatsapp of my arrival time. Upon arrival at 2pm I saw one lady at the front desk doing check in and check out plus entertaining queries from so many guests, as a former front desk I felt sorry for her that during peak hours she was alone there. There were also a lot of luggage and people in the lobby that it looked like we are in the superarket and not a hotel anymore. The staff at the front desk were not engaging anymore as they were so busy with the checkin and check out process and there are no more customer service except that they will just check you in and give the key and go. After check in at around 3pm, we called the operator from our room and asked to borrow 2 plates and 2 spoons so that we can eat inside the room but no one came and we ended up eating with our hands because we were so hungry coming from a 2 hrs travel.

Only good for events.

Staff are untrained and rude. I booked a ballroom for a birthday event and 2 rooms for the night to stay with my family. When we arrived, I asked the valet staff or bellboy - I don’t know what’s his role, where is it going to be parked, as I need easy access to my car to get my stuff for the event instead of bringing it with me to the room - HE JUST BLUNTLY SAID NO PARKING. No explanation, nothing, I asked what do you mean no parking. I was confused and asked for the manager whom I spoke to before and paid the reservation to the event, and they were dodgy saying he’s on break, even the staff reception didn’t help at all, but keep saying it’s not available for guests. I was so astounded by this, as this is the first time a hotel doesn’t have valet and parking for guests, let alone they ranked themselves 4 stars, how?!On top of this, during the event, staff keeps asking for tips and jokingly keep saying asking 10 Dhs extra charge, what is this?!And more so, the rooms we stayed on didn’t even mak up for it, they don’t have complimentary toothbrushes, slippers, towels are so dirty and even the beds and pillow smelled like cigarettes. We left early and didn’t even bother to leave until the checkout, only if we weren’t so tired from the event, I would’ve cancelled the rooms. I am not coming back to this hotel, I don’t recommend it at all.

They went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. Their professionalism and genuine care made my experience exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel — service at its finest!

Great property with the great staff thank you Pallavi for making us feel we are in our home and Bloscha too at the front office we are so happy to be here will visit sure again and union is also so near by

Convenient location close to the metro which conveniently took us to the attractions. Nice shopping mall across the street. Good level of cleanliness.

This is the my third time in the hotel and its a great convient location and the staffs are really friendly thanks a lot for good assistence kalai Pallavi Hassain and Bloscha were good at their job

Room had some hair stains.Bathroom smells strange, the drainage cover was not there.They vacuum the corridors outside the room early in the morning around 7 am, this is wrong, it's noisy and clearly can be disturbing if you want to sleep longer.
