Grand Nova Hotel

What I like about this property is its location, and it is somewhat affordable considering other hotels in the area. Except for the lady who is seated right next to the reception — she doesn’t know how to at least smile. I think no one other than the staff; she should improve herself. I really hope she sees this (maybe the manager, admin officer, or someone — I don’t know who she is). I am not talking about the people at the reception at all, since they are really kind and helpful.

The room we stayed in is right in front of the garbage bins, so the view is not nice, and there is not enough sunshine for this particular room. Especially, there is no parking at all, and the streets are really busy and noisy. This place is good if you are tight on budget, but if you are travelling with family and kids, I do not recommend this place.

I have submitted my bag to hotel after checkout for collection at 6 PM but after collection I have checked my bag and found that 3 cigarette packs were missing from my bag. This is very unprofessional behavior from Hotel staff. Kindly appropriate action to avoid this to further customers

Location is ok and cheap food and all available.

Smelly and very uncomfortable beds and toilets are dirty and smelly.

It was at a perfect location. The WiFi was good. The staff was well behaved and courteous. Our things were all safe

The mattress was of poor condition and the bathroom was all stained and didn’t look clean. The AC cooling would reduce automatically making the room too warm in the middle of the night.

Nothing. I got the worst service ever, the GRO at the reception was awful and unapologetic for the service they gave us. I complained several times about the wall socket not working in my room, and they didn’t do anything about it. I finally ended up charging my phone in the bathroom. The water in the shower was also leaking from the pipe. They’re using all cheap items to fix the issues in the rooms and bathrooms. Looks like they do not care about the safety and comfort of their guests.I heard many people complaining at the reception about their respective room problems. All in all, this hotel is pathetic. Never coming back again.

Infested with roaches. Seems like old residential building converted into a hotel. Washroom was getting flooded every time I took a shower. I may have told the staff and management to look into it but no one came. The first two days the bedsheets and towels were not changed until I complained many times. Good thing I only used the hotel to sleep at night. Never going back

Everything is very bad including room, parking, cleaning, smell ....etc

Very Disappointing Stay

The room was dirty, the toilet was not properly cleaned, and the smell in the room was really bad. It also seemed like the bedsheets and pillowcases were not changed. I booked two rooms, but the second room was only ready after 2 hours of waiting. We had to keep calling the reception just to have the room cleaned and the linens replaced, and the service was very slow. Overall, the experience was not satisfying at all.

As per my concern the location of Grand Nova was very good, there are many Indian restaurant available Veg/ non veg.

In Grand luba even in three nights no room cleaning is there, the hotel staff I are not friendly,,, they only know the business.

Nothing everything is messed up. Owner very rude he is trying to call cops on me. Because I bring my friend with me to just visit me. Then I check out very early like around 1Am.

I booked 2 rooms. TV was not working and they promised to fix it soon. They didn’t fix this problem up to my check out ( 6 days)

Property was smelly and unpleasant to live in . Everyone wants in the hotel asking for the tip . And the room which I was provided doesn’t even match the room I book online

The rooms are smelly and unpleasant. With no windows . I complained to the manager and they came inside in the room for 2 min . And they say they can’t smell anything. I live in that room for 5 days . My luggage was full of the smell too . I have the pics of it too

The location was nice, there was a lot of Shopping options especially for Gold and Souvenirs plus plenty of Food Places mostly indian and pakistani but really delicious. Rooms was OK it was passable but sometimes there were water marks from the toilets. Heater was good. It was an old place but still comfy and we stayed for a week. BTW, STAFF WAS REALLY FRIENDLY AND REALLY HELPFUL!

More cleaning in some areas, fix some of the Cable Boxes and check some piping. Also change some of the bed mattress in some rooms. Still everything was fine.
