I loved the reception lobby, the breakfast spread, the seating area by the lift on each floor is also an amazing idea. The staff were all friendly and Helpful.

I Reach my room and it was not clean - Garbage bins full, bed sheets dirty, and napkins scattered everywhere

I liked the cleanliness, food, comfortable beds, quiet environment, good location, beautiful view.

I liked how polite all the staff were.

When we arrived from the airport, it took three hours to get our room keys. My guests were very annoyed.And when we booked, they told us that one child was free, but that wasn't the case. They didn't even give our children a mattress or a blanket.

its a great property with wonderful views and lot of staff , all of them very helpful , thew bedroom has this massive bathroom a huge kitchen and 2 balconies, very comfortable and well apointed. The room was spotless , the view great, we loved it

tv are a bit outdated ( no youtube and netflix), there should be some kind of manual in the room to tell us how to operate it , but the technical staff were very helpful

Little out of the way.

We stayed in Room 20405 from December 29 to January 2, and our entire stay was very pleasant. We loved the apartment-style room, which was ideal for our family of six. We even celebrated New Year’s Eve in our room and were able to see fireworks from both the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Frame.Our room was always clean when we returned, and the housekeeping team was efficient. When we experienced an issue with the air-conditioning, the engineering staff promptly assisted us with the digital controls.We also enjoyed the complimentary iced Americano from The Great Room. The concierge team—especially Michael, Frank, and Sofiane—were very helpful, particularly with assisting us with our luggage.The hotel offers a free shuttle to Deira City Mall, which we appreciated, though the time slots were limited. It would be great if more shuttle schedules could be added. The hotel is also conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the airport.Overall, a great stay and a highly recommended hotel.

The only downside for us was the limited shuttle schedule, which made transportation less flexible. The property is also a bit far from downtown, so travel time to central attractions can be longer

Rooms are quite spacious & clean, view from rooms are so amazing, the Lounge acces with 24 x 7 get comfort & convenience !

the cleanliness at wash rooms re not so good which we could found hairs & rest of guests who stayed before us, the breakfast (food) are average in quality, some of the dishes are below average

2 elevators were not working

Food had a hell a lot of glutamate inside. Made for taste better, but I cant sleep whole night because of it. Be aware.

Service , cleaniss, very slow service and breakfast was very poor

We chose this hotel to celebrate our honeymoon and my birthday, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, and the thoughtful gesture from the Guest Relations team a beautiful cake and assorted chocolates made our stay even more special. An unforgettable experience that we will always cherish.

It’s quite new and clean and everything works.

Nothing really. The only thing I would say is the food in the restaurants isn’t as good as it could be and it’s bit expensive.

Location is good

The BF is average nothing great compared to other 5 star hotels.Also they charged 10aed per plate to deliver cutlery in the room which I have experienced first time in my life of traveling.

The property is fairly new and as a result clean and modern

From the warm welcome by Mr. Yogesh to the friendly farewell from Locas and Manal, every moment was handled with care and professionalism. Manal’s respectful and kind attitude made my stay even more special. The hotel’s service, comfort, and attention to detail were outstanding — truly one of the best experiences I’ve had in Dubai. Highly recommended!
