The location is right next to the Gold soup metro station and that makes it convenient for all. there are many restaurants and marts nearby that make things more convenient. The hotel is clean and the breakfast served is also good

The staff were good amd helpful.

The room (523) had crack in the wall. Whenever I switched on the kattle, the circuit breaker trips. While taking the shower, the water would sprinkle everywhere around hence need to keep shower door.

Location was excellent right across road from metro, not far from airport and very close (walking distance) to Gold Souk and supermarket. Loved the pool area and pool was heated.

Room cleaning was not great. Never did get soap in soap dispenser, stains on bed, mirrors hadn’t been cleaned, never got fresh glasses in a four night stay.

Only the location was good

Staff was too rude with my spouse checkin,though I had my EID.Still mercure staff could have considered for woman and let her checkin first.

The rooms are clean , and the manager was very helpful and cooperative.

I asked for the guest amenities as they said it was upon request but I didn’t get any until i checked out

Enjoyed restful sleep thanks to plush bedding and soundproofed rooms—no disturbances at all.
