Very clean, most of the staff were very friendly, perfect location

I had stuff go missing from our room, had them search our room and they couldn’t find any of the missing items. They stated it could not be the cleaners but it definitely was.

My stay was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, and the receptionist, Angelica, was incredibly kind and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the check-in process very smooth.The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. It truly gives a sense of escape from the city noise and offers a relaxing, calming atmosphere.I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it.

While the overall experience was great, the restaurants inside the hotel are relatively expensive. Given the high room rates, it would be nice if this aspect could be reconsidered to better match guests’ expectations.

Great location , east access to local facilities , Hotel had great pool and bars and the local walk gave you options to go to other bars around the palm

Traffic can be crazy , the palm tram was out of service so we had to use Uber for everything

Stay was absolutely amazing. Exceeded our expectations! Starting from staff. They were so kind and friendly and overall professional . Thanks to Mr seanpierre in reception for his attitude and helpfulness.Clean, comfortable and great service. Food was super! Will do visit the hotel again soon!

Facilities were good, staff, especially concierge services and personnel in golden lounge were very friendly and professional.

I put 7 because deducted 3 point, 1 per each case stated below:1. Our room wasn’t clean on time thus we had to face inconvenience before visiting important event.2. Temperature in corridors and hotel area is unreasonable cold. You literally need to wear hoody and sweatpants inside, and then change it to summer clothes. Meanwhile, it is very uncomfortable to go inside after beach and feel like you are entering fridge.3. Shuttles are not reserved and working with principle first come first serve which is totally acceptable. You need to inform reception 20 minutes prior departure and be at entrance 10 minutes before. But nonsense is that they ask you to make this reservation by physical presence, but not by phone. I called reception 20 minutes prior departure to reserve 2 places, just in order to save my time and rest in my room, but she refused to accept reservation and due to this strange rule I had to go downstairs, reserve shuttle, go back to the room (another option wait in the lobby for next 20 mins) and then return before departure.

the reception staff provided incorrect information with regards to use of mini-bar. Front office manager promised a refund, which also didn't happen.

Rooms were great. It had an old charm to it.Facilities were good. Kid's area had lot of fun activities. Their Flow buffet restaurant had a wide spread of food options from cuisines all around the world. House-keeping did a great job in keeping the room clean and tidy.

Had to face a lot of issues with their air-conditioning. House-keeping had to be reminded multiple times to replace the non-working coffee machines, in-room telephone unit.

Our stay at the Fairmont was amazing. The perfect place to base ourselves for our trip to Dubai! The hotel is absolutely huge, plenty of restaurants. The staff are so friendly and helpful, you can tell they are really dedicated to the customer experience. The pools are amazing, there are 4 pools in total meaning none of them get too busy. There is a private beach club attached to the hotel where you can enjoy swimming in the (very warm) Persian Gulf.We arrived early morning way before our room was ready, and we were provided with the use of luggage storage and shower facilities which were massively appreciated after 17 hours traveling. Highlight definitely had to be the cafe within the hotel named "Delicacy". If you have the opportunity, order the pancakes.. we were there 3 times in our week long trip!

The property had everything you would’ve want for vacation the comfortability and the good environment and workers that work endless to satisfy your needs. Special thanks to the housekeepers and the drivers and also the receptionis, ms Antonella thank you for the lovely check in experience!!!

It’s close to everything, Friendly and approacheable staffs especially Jenny in the reception!Shes the best and the Valet Parking is the most convenient thing ever. They even granted my simple request to surprise my husband. Thank you thank you will definitely go back here

The staff were so kind and amazing the beach was the best in UAE and the pool was so big and so nice while the room was so big! I thought it was a suite but it’s a normal room and the bathroom was big and amazing the breakfast was luxurious and amazing the dinner don’t get me started with it was SUPERB! You can find every food from all countries around the world you can find India. Mediterranean Egyptian Lebanese Syrian south and North Africa Emarati America Canadian and so much more it’s so impressive! That is an absolute 10/10 The in room dining was amazing ! The deserts was absolutely amazing you can find most ice cream flavors my favorite was mango and strawberry and there was a chocolate fountain which was yummy! Room 333 I will never forget it! What an unforgettable experience! The balcony was huge !You can find a checking to relax and a seating area to take your breakfast if you want to and overall It was amazing I am definitely coming again soon!

Excellent Hotel with great facilities, great gym, separate swimming pools for adults and families, Breakfast was excellent with lot of variety and options, Room was large for a family of four. Location is excellent walking distance from Nakheel mall. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Twin beds were not large enough for two adults to share, swimming pool closed at 7 pm which was a let down as in summer heat the best time to go for a swim is after 7 pm.
