I had a great stay at Park Regis by Prince, Dubai Islands!The staff were very accommodating and even upgraded me to a room with a balcony that offered sea and pool views. Breakfast was excellent, and I truly appreciated the peaceful location. It’s away from the busy city vibe, making it perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Highly recommended!

Great beach, staff, restaurant and rooms

had an excellent experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff were always friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable.I would especially like to thank Mr. Karim for his outstanding hospitality. He was always available, very professional, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for us. Because of him, our stay felt truly special.

There were four of us on vacation – we had two rooms next to each other. We were greeted wonderfully and told we had the best rooms. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, always smiling when they saw us. I don't know, maybe we looked ridiculous, so everyone was smiling. This included the receptionists, the restaurant staff, and the beach and pool staff. Everyone said hello and smiled. It was so nice!The hotel is located in a construction area, and you get to it along a road with fences on both sides, but that doesn't mean it's noisy. Not at all. The beach is nice and comfortable. The surroundings are quiet, without the hustle and bustle of the city. You relax.Since the hotel is only accessible by taxi, the hotel offers free buses to City Centre Deira every day. From there, we took the metro to wherever we wanted and also to Dubai Outlet Mall on weekends. The bus we took left at 11:00 AM and picked us up at 3:30 PM. We all enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and dinners - there was plenty to choose from.

I recently stayed at the Sea Point Hotel on the new Dubai Islands, located near Sharjah, and was very impressed with the experience. Although the surrounding area is still developing, the hotel itself is fully operational and beautifully maintained. It offers convenient access to a private beach and features two standalone pools that provide a relaxing escape.I was pleasantly upgraded to a deluxe room with a balcony during my mid-week stay. The room was exceptionally spacious, featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed, a two-seater couch, and modern furnishings. Breakfast was plentiful, with a good variety of options available from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m.A special mention goes to Karim, Shariq, and the rest of the reception team for their warmth, professionalism, and accommodating nature throughout my stay. The gym is modern, equipped with Technogym machines, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with small towels. There’s also a salon upstairs and a convenience shop downstairs with essentials for guests.Overall, Sea Point Hotel combines comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality in a location that promises great potential as Dubai Islands continues to grow. I would gladly return and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and refreshing stay near the beach.

If you were carless, it could be inconvenient to get there or to other amenities.

It was easy to access. Nice pool area The checkout staff, a trainee on duty was better and way more professional than the tall guy who did our check-in.

Our first impression on arrival at the reception was horrible, the staff was so unfriendly especially the tall (I guess Nepalese) guy on duty. The way he asked us to move our car was rude, they asked us to pay a deposit of. AED 500 Of which we refused we travelled around the world never had such. He needs serious training about customer service, he's very impatient and harsh with the way he talks. We wanted to cancel our booking as we had such a bad welcome way before we checked-in our room, but since it was a last minute thing we couldn't. I guess after they saw how they treated us rudely a lady finalizing the checkin process upgraded the room for free with the 1 with a sofabed as we had our 5yr old with us.The buffet was a bit limited not too much variety.

Alot of stationery was missing in bathroom also not allowed me for drinks even that was included in the booking

I had an amazing stay at Sea point hotel it was clean and neat the staff at the reception were very helpful ( specifically Caleb and Karim very friendly and understanding ) , the pool was great and easy access to the beach everything was provided ( seats and towels ) I will definitely go back again ?

Well they asked us to keep 500 AED as deposit which we didn’t know about and we didn’t carry cash with us it’s was bit annoying but the managers were very professional and handled the situation

You guys don’t know the basic rules of (All inclusive), very stingy and rude. The mini bar didn’t have like basic stuff like soda or water and when we ordered they wanted to charge us for more than two bottles of water!! Wtf!? Seriously? Indian management tries to play it smart by saving costs but again not everyone knows how to provide a pleasant experience, have only one breakfast one lunch a day however in Riu we go and we have breakfast for the two consecutive times before even we check in The overall experience was ok but for what i have paid for all inclusive is not really worth it taking in consideration that i can pay extra 200 dirhams more and get like 5 stars experience in another hotel like Riu

A hidden gem away from the major traffic and congestion. A real value dor money considering the amenities they provide. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is very good

The area is developing so few restaurants or tourist spots nearby.

The pool, and beach was soo nice.. I love that I can watch the sunset. Thankful to Rol for giving us a free upgrade to have the sea view. ? Will surely come again! ?

Nothing that we dont like. We actually enjoyed and had a great time celebrating our Anniversary. Only one thing I was sad about is I asked for a glass of Ice but they said its chargeable (10aed). But its fine. I understand.

Amazing for price, wonderful service definitely would recommend, Srijana and Dipu do an excellent job and are incredibly polite as well as the rest of the hotel staff members
