SIRO One Za'abeel

Excellent hotel location, amazing spa and wellness activities. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

M/a

I like the hotel and room space and best thing was the gym and variety of classes and meditation, yoga recovery areas , The most helpful person and i appreciate his hospitality and help in everything i ask even for booking of outside activities is Usman i want to express my thanks to him

That I need to get two elevator to go my room

Location is great and access to the hotel was easy, hotel staff were nice and helpful and friendly, the atmosphere was really comfortable and cozy, the room and the amenities modern and comfortable, Gym was next level, the breakfast was amazing and completely opposite the reviews i read. The view of Burj Khalifa was breathtaking. I will definitely stay again in the future.

Access to the room takes time specially if the building is busy because you have to take two lifts in order to reach the rooms Although kids club was very nice, it’s not free to access if you stay in SIRO hotel

The comfort of the Hotel was very good, the spa and wellbeing facilities were also very good including the gym. The view of the gym, the zen room and the wellness center were great. The Protein shake was good. The room was very comfortable, the spa was clean, the gym was clean.

Breakfast: average. Food in general was average at the link and around. waited at least 40mn for an order, to this day we have no explanation of why we waited so long for scrambled eggs The access around and the lift change was confusing at first. Too much informations to gather at the reception without having a summery in the room or on the TV.Valet service wasn't the best as we waited a good 30mn to get our car because someone did not scan the card.

The gym and spa were spectacular.

The elevator experience. You have to take two elevator to get to your room.

Facilities

We were upgraded to a burn view with no view or a view of the construction site. The cocktail service was unacceptable. This is my last time at this hotel.

The manager’s attitude was impolite, and the room was also not clean and had a bad smell.

Everything was perfect! An amazing and unique hotel concept with outstanding facilities.I hope to see this hotel expand to other regions and cities around the world!Thank you for the creativity and the fun experience in the room.

I hope to visit again in five years and find that they’ve maintained the same high standards without any decline!

Amazing new concept, if you are into fitness, wellness and nutrition this is your. Even as a pre and post stay in Dubai. Garden pool is amazing relaxed and very friendly staff.

Only the scene in my room

My experience at SIRO One&Only Zabeel was disappointing. The food quality was below expectations, and the menu offered very limited options. The elevator layout was confusing, resembling a maze, and no guided orientation or tour was provided after check-in. The valet parking service was the most frustrating part, as it took an excessive amount of time to deliver the luggage. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family.

Little bit confusing to get to the room , the room was little bit dark but the bed was super comfortable

Confusing with elevators

Location , Room View, Room Decoration, Gym Area, Friendly Staff

The locations , and the room View , swimming pool is clean also and the building is clean and comfy.

A/C wasn’t that good in my room, windows are not fully clean, and the staff are irritating , normal check out time is 12, they send someone to check the minibar before 12?I had to come out of my shower and tell him not to come before my check out time, 1 minute later they call me again from the room services also before 12, I came to the hotel 1:00 AM maybe at night time and still they bother me before the normal check out time? + the water they serve in the room is refilled water

Not my first time at Siro, and it’s honestly one of the most comfortable hotels I’ve stayed at in Dubai. I love coming here just to relax — watch a movie, get a good night’s sleep, and enjoy the peaceful vibe. They have plenty of facilities and activities, like the gym and treatments, which I haven’t tried yet but they look amazing and worth experiencing. There are also great dining options on-site.It’s the kind of place where you can simply check in and spend the whole day enjoying the property without even leaving. Always a pleasure to come back!

Everything is perfect and amazing but 500dhs to stop in front of the door is too much i know the valet is free but i don’t like someone to drive my car if it was 100 would be more perfect

Well appointed hotel in a good location. Natasha the assistant manager at Andaliman was excellent when called upon to resolve issues.

The service and communication was poor, across a range of different areas. Guest communication, bars and restaurants, the garden pool staff, and we had not been told that the infinity pool was out of service, which was disappointing. Better signage is required to navigate the lift system. It’s also unfortunate that guests need to change lifts and do round about turns multiple times to access rooms or amenities

Everything wasn’t ice the staff, the room, cleaniness

I had a great stay at SIRO One Za’abeel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with everything I needed. The bed was especially cozy, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The gym is truly exceptional—probably the best I’ve seen in a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a nice variety of restaurants on-site. The location is also excellent and very convenient.

The pool at The Link was under maintenance during my stay. There is another pool available, but I was really hoping to try that one. the in-room projector setup is a creative idea, but watching from the bed felt a bit too close, and the sound system wasn’t very clear.

I had an amazing experience at the Siro Hotel! They really went above and beyond, starting with a fantastic room upgrade. I was given a thorough overview of all the hotel facilities, and the staff made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Special thanks to Abdulwaheb and Kaleeem for their outstanding service and for making my visit so memorable. I highly recommend the Siro Hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!
