Suite was very spacious

The beach was not close enough. We had reserved a room with sea view but the room we got upon arrival does not have a full sea view.

good location. reliable and perfectional staff. also got late check out till 15:30 free of charged. first time in my life hotel asked via WhatsApp how is my room /stay. unbelievable, EXCENT experience!!!

The room was really spacious and clean. We booked for 3 people, and I think we should have requested an additional bed in the room as having 3 of us in the bed was a bit cramped. Bathroom was amazing and products on offer (body wash, shampoo, body cream etc) really good. We were only provided with 2 towels for our stay even though we booked for 3 people. Location was excellent although it was really busy and sometimes took a long time to get to the hotel via taxi. Lots of road closures over New Year's Eve. Luckily there are so many attractions, restaurants, shops in walking distance. Breakfast was excellent - huge variety on offer with super friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was really busy, so the lifts were exceptionally slow. Due to several road closures, the hotel was inaccessible for a number of hours over New Year.

Excellent Location

They charge refundable deposit upon checkin. You will get it back if you are lucky to meet the right staff upon check out. If not, you should forget about it. I chased a lot to get it back, but they did not pay me it yet, after two months. Highly unprofessional in this aspect. Everything else is very good.

Almost everyting. The staff is great. Food was good and they were offerning a new variety each day.Pool and beach facilities were great. Location wonderfull.

The elevators were slow and crowded

Location is really good, no need for a car for activities.

The only thing I did t like was the tub being a little outdated. I had to ask the cleaner to clean the tub and he did a good job, but it still looked old with stains. The elevator took a long time in the morning, I had to wait 10-15 minutes because the elevator was really full. Everything else about the hotel is really good.
