Never book this hotel because you'll only have unpleasant surprises.

People smoke everywhere inside, which is frankly disgusting. It's like a nightclub; it looks more like that than a 4-star hotel. And don't even get me started on the cleanliness—everything is dirty.

There is no water in the shower, the room is filthy There is room is old and disgusting

It’s filthy dirty and the room has no water. The shower has no waters. I’m not lying. The shower truly has no water. The entire setup is disgusting.

Independent coffee shop indoor entertainment on ground floor .

Extraordinary music noise from the ground recreational facilities

Nose from clubs stay till 4AM, bad sower smell on second floor rooms, one time i order a food supposed to serve within 15 minutes, after 30 minutes i fell a sleep, the staff came in and open the door to wake me up in horrible way, so bad

Poor cleaning, very old items in the room. The underground parking and the lift from parking was awful

Water pressure in bathroom sink is low.little issue with parking space underground during peak period season.Breakfast can be more selective with international dishes, as the majority of the dishes were from India which is perfectly fine, but more choices can be suitable and desirable.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience during my 5-night stay at your hotel.The room was spacious with a smart TV and an excellent lighting system.The large, comfy bed and pillows made our stay very comfortable.The reception staff (all the philipino ladies) were friendly, helpful, and ensured a smooth and quick check-in process.Valet service with underground parking was efficient and convenient.The hotel’s location is ideal, close to WTC Dubai, with many supermarkets and restaurants just a 2 to 5-minute walk.The food at the roof restaurant was amazing and delicious. Also the service was outstanding.A special thanks and gratitude to Mr. Amajd, the hotel manager, for being exceptionally friendly, helpful, and supportive. His professionalism and dedication truly enhanced our stay and left a lasting impression.Thank you to the entire team for making my stay memorable.I look forward to returning in the future.

little things which can be improves, such as the water pressure at the bathroom sink, and limited parking space underground during peak period season. Breakfast can have more selection of international dishes.Apart from that, everything was fine.

I have requested an invoice for my stay every day since departing and still have not received it

Cleanliness and staff

Not recommended for families since mostly people are coming here to party with dress not comfortable to others.

I like the Team work starting from Reception & front desk special the manager Mr. Amjed , how much he is very gentleman for dealing with gusts , Also senior of Reception as Ana , Jame, key , Yani ,...etc.Also, the house keeping team is excellent team , the Room service waiters ladies are excellent too .

The parking area space much crowded special in night time with Car visitors of night clubs & No space for Hotel Residents .

Capitol is my home in Dubai because the manager of front desk is excellent ( Mr. Amjed) & the team of reception are perfect (Ana, key & queen). The room service are excellent too. Thanks capitol team work.

I like the team work of the hotel special the front disc manager " Mr. Amjed" where his professional to deal with hotel guests by himself. In addition to that the reception of front disc.special Mrs. Anna & Miss. Queen. Where they deal with me by very professional way. The room service hosts under phone extension (5) where they are very professional when the bring my breakfast to my room . Thank you true.

• One of the best hotels in Dubai. • The rooms are super perfect, and I always feel very comfortable there.• The staff are amazing, especially the philipina girls in the reception. They are so kind and helpful.• I visited the hotel many times, and for sure, I will not stop going there.

The hotel team work is excellent starting from Mr. Amjed ( front disc manager)demonstrated exceptional professionalism, transparency, and in-depth knowledge of the hotel operation special Miss/ Mrs. Jam . as lead of reception shift

The car park need house keeping & system for residential of hotel

The location is near the metro

When we first enter the room, I booked a non smoking room because I booked with my kids and my mother who is old already. But the room that first gave us has full of smoke. But good thing when I asked the receptionist to change the room, they transferred us to a room that's non smoking.

The best thing in the hotel is Mr. Amjed, hotel manager, his attitude is excellent manager

Reception Philippines girls, doesn't have experience to deal with guests. Special new girl Philippines attitude doesn't know how's to deal with guests special they use their own language without any respect the guests. I think they need to training. Or change to different national to have good challenge in work.

Bad smell and noise all the night because of party

Good hotel. Breakfast is very good. you can walk for 20min to reach to the la Mer beach.

My room was so cold and has no opening window to change the air. A bit noisy at nights.
