Location, clean, and staff.

They dont use a smart TV, the available TV is old LG with no application and with a limited TV channels!

Spoons were not clean.Bathtub was dirtySays 1 king bed. But it's 2 beds stuck to each other.No coffee machine.Dinner wasn't as expected. Food was cold.

All the hotel facilities are excellent, and the location is fantastic.Everyone was eager to help the guests, and they did so quickly, efficiently, and courteously.

Location was great, close to beach and most of the attractions, restaurants. The breakfast was nice and staff was very kind. Overall was a good experience.

Swimming pool is in the suns shadow all day. Location too noisy from JBR music bars and incessant supercar engine revving (no fault of hotel).

The AC situation, it was too hotAnd also they always clean the room very late in the day like 6-7 pm which doesn't make sense to someone like me who sleeps early

I would like to share a note regarding my recent stay. This is not my first time staying at your hotel; however, it is the first time I have noticed a decline in the level of service.First: I requested a king-size bed for my room, but I found two single beds pushed together and covered with a king-size sheet. This made it difficult to sleep comfortably and is not ideal for back health.Second: I requested a plate of strawberries from room service at 9:00 PM. Despite making three follow-up calls, the order arrived 38 minutes later.Third: At around 4:00 PM, the entrance area near the reception was filled with a strong smell of cooking fish, as the restaurant is located between the entrance and the reception area.Fourth:The bed and pillows contained dust, indicating that they were not professionally cleaned. This raises concerns regarding the safety and well-being of guests, especially in terms of potential respiratory issues.Despite all of this, the prices continue to increase

Reception at check-in was very late after we told him that we were gonna come earlier. We were promised rooms on the same floor since we had five rooms and we did not get it.I didn’t like that room service is only upon request

This is my dream hotel, everything is amazing; the customer care, front office, housekeeping The staff is the treasure of Ocean View The hotel is spotlessly clean and has a great location in JBR My room was spacious with amazing view of Dubai EyeThe pool is heated and has a breathtaking viewI didn’t try any meals inside the hotel but the drinks and sweets at the lobby cafe were amazing They give us late check out for free Thanks to the night manager Mustafa who helped us and made our stay comfortable and happyI will come back for sure

All the staff from reception, restaurants, pool, even room boy Raj, were helpful.The food in its 4 restaurants was great and the location, just in front of Ein Dubai and ocean view was incomparable, especially by night.Thank you, hope to come again.

The hotel in general

The mattress and bed covers were quite worn out, and the pillows were small, flat, and uncomfortable, which affected the overall sleep quality.The bathtub was not in good condition — the shower handle was broken, causing water to leak from all sides, and the shower area was very narrow. It would be better to remove the bathtub completely and install a proper walk-in shower instead.Additionally, we always used the standing bidet since it provides warm water, while the built-in bidet was uncomfortably cold.Overall, I believe a few updates in these areas would greatly improve the guest experience.

All in all, it was perfect.

The last day our flight got delayed and we asked if you could eat one last time in the restaurant from the buffet which was included in our halfboard but they denied it which only with extra fee...this was a but sad other than that all good

The location was excellent and close by to all major attractions and restaurants

We were first given a handicap room that was very ran down. In the updated room the bathroom facilities were old and broken.
