Hues Boutique Hotel

The hotel is very bad, and I cancelled my reservation, I have disability, complained but they couldn't fix the problem, so I left. dirty bed sheets, filthy bathroom floor and toilet was not cleaned. and small toiled ring . Please refund my money.

Polite and helpful staff. The rooftop bar was nice and I enjoyed the message.

I did not like that they charge for everything..

The staff isn't very professional and they also surprised me with a lot of additional fees which they don't tell you in the description. Location is very bad with no amenities close to it.

This hotel is not good hotel because as the Customer setting in the lobby they come and bother ask you all kind of questions like you stay here specially block colors I have no idea why they harass you I have never seen such a hotel why would I pay money

- We lost some of our belongings. By the way this is my third time to be in this Hotel. last December I was here & lost some of my belongings specially those which is not locked in our luggage.- This is not acceptable at all. - The shower towels we were given was not up to the standard (old).

Close to downtown

The noise of the plane very strong and there is a plane passing every few minutes

Not 4 star hotel for sure. Bad decision

No parking, they charge you. Shady 3rd party parking attendants Old rooms and not well maintained amenities Poor breakfast choice. Even though I paid, we didn’t have any biteFloors were sticky. Had to be in our shoes in the roomNoisy ACAnd a lot more

Lying Staff

They gave us a room with someone inside and then tried to lie about it by showing us a security camera video that was clearly cut to not show the person that was inside go out, the cut was clear because suddenly staff appeared in the middle of the hallway yet they still say we are lying where there was no benefit for us lying because now we have only two book somewhere else in the same day which will probably be more expensive and if available or go back home.

While I appreciate the staff at Hues Boutique Hotel for their courtesy and efforts, I must express my dissatisfaction with several aspects of the property. The hotel hosts multiple nightclubs, and the resulting noise from the late-night crowds significantly disrupts the comfort of guests. In addition, the hotel management has rented out the parking area to outside operators who charge AED 10 per hour. This arrangement appears to prioritize profit over guest convenience, which is disappointing, especially since many hotel guests are business travelers who expect hassle-free parking.The condition of the rooms also requires serious attention. The carpets are not well maintained, water pressure in the showers is poor, and the overall room lighting is inadequate. Throughout my stays this year, I have found these issues consistent across multiple rooms. Basic in-room supplies such as hand towels, face towels, and soap are often missing, forcing guests to call and request them repeatedly. In my own experience, I have had to purchase supplies from the nearby supermarket. The staff are friendly.

It’s totally different from the photos. Most of the facilities are close during our stay . And sauna and steam is not accessible , only if you pay for the spa. It was noisy during our stay because of the construction. For the breakfast , options are limited because it was not a buffet. Outdated equipment in the gym and the placement of gym is weird because it’s beside the meeting rooms.

Hues Boutique Hotel has excellent staff who are always pleasant to deal with, even in difficult situations. They attend to clients’ needs, and even when they must decline a request, they do so in a polite and respectful way that leaves guests feeling valued. Amier Suliman

the hotel does need more attention from the maintenance side. The electronic lighting system requires reprogramming or fixing, the carpets in the rooms need deep steam cleaning, and the water pressure in some showers is quite poor and should be improved.Amier Suliman

Definitely wonderful experience at Hues Boutique Hotel! It’s great to engage with the staff, like Aditi at the reception and Martha in the kitchen, made such a positive impression to guests , Personalized service really enhances a stay, doesn’t it? Plus, it’s always nice to feel appreciated and respected by the housekeeping team coming to do their duties.

The parking should be free as before for hotel guests As for the night club guests they should pay fees during the night clubs working hours.

The welcome and the atmosphere were up to the mark.Loved the comfort of the room and the housekeeping lady was just so nice!The surroundings also contributed to the great facilities of the hotel: restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket around!

The late hours deafening noise from the clubs were quite disturbing.
