The location is good

Cons -

I think some repair work is needed our bathroom was dated and needs refurbishment but it was clean bath had chips in it, the wood around the bath was rotten in places and.the mastic around the bath was very messy as I said earlier just needs some repairs.
The room was very dirty and no shampoo or soap
