Fortune Plaza Hotel, Dubai Airport

The the nice bellboys and nothing else....

Many things: The in-complementary way. The cleaniness and the room equipment. The bathroom condition. The bad smell of the sheets pillows and the corridor near the elevator. The broken safety box.

It was a pretty nice hotel for the money. You had to put your room key into a slot to turn on and off the lights, which was pretty cool. It also worked the power plugs also. The individual light switches are different.

Smoking was allowed throughout the hotel except in the common areas. I didn't ask if there were any non-smoking rooms.

Nothing at all

Excellent Bed. Had a nice sleep.

Bed, decent size of the room and cuboards

Toilets not clean... Room have no switch off button, thus u need to pull the card to turn off lightsPricy compared to the levelRoom very tight

average

the toilet not that much clean , my booking have included breakfast , when we have to start the buffet breakfast, the guy rudely said who is in buffet hall ask to us take back food and is not include the package , we left the same moment.

NO NORMAL WATER AT THE SHOWER YOU WILL BURN EVEN THE HEATER IS AT OFF POSITION

Location

Was not clean, lot of cockroaches, issues with cold water supply etc.

Very poor

Worst Room, bathroom fittings are broken. No comfort beds, poor bedsheets. Rate is not worth.

Locality, Room attender

1. The disturbance of the Dance bar's music interrupted us to sleep well till 4:00 am. I was on the 1st floor Room #125.2. Cocroches in the toilet3. Pungent smell in toilet.4. Conjusted and limited parking.5. Gym and Pool facility time is available from 9:00am to 6:00pm only which is not at all fair.

Uncomfortable

Very dirty and smelly , washrooms were not clean , room was dusty very uncomfortable stay, ac was very nosely , washroom exhaust was like we have started an aeroplane

Location

We have told to prepare the invoice under the gust name unfortunately they prepare the invoice under different name. I have make several calls to change the invoice there is no proper reply from the counter staff.

Location

Maintenance is poor the teabags are kept open not in a box. The shower tap broke we had to go out without taking bath but I informed them in the morning to fix it and then I returned at 10.30pm it was the same it broke again then late night they came when we were tired and wanted to restSome kind of vibration noise was coming from the ceiling it gave me headache I will never go back to this hotel

I liked that the property is close to public transportation and not too far from most attractive locations in Dubai.

I didn’t like that the property was not clean and had an unpleasant smell.

Near the airport, clean

The club sounds was very loud that we couldn’t sleep

Nothing, I do not recomend this accomodation

Too much noise in the hotel, dirty looking bathroom and there were cockroaches.

it was nice place with clean room

checking room staff was bad, because they let me paid for something l didn't used. it not my first time to go to this hotel and I never touched anything from there. l even scared to come for the next time because the same thing can happen again and maybe it will be a problem for me.

We enjoyed staying there but l think they do not want too much noise in the bar coz my partner was enjoying playing billiard and some guards always came to him to remind, maybe they think he was drunk na haha.
