Palm Beach Hotel

The hotel was disgusting. The bathtub was clogged and the room and washroom were filthy. Furthermore, the hotel had 3 adult entertainment clubs which we had no idea about, with the family you don't want to be surrounded by that!!!! Not recommended!!!

The staff was accomodating and friendly. There bed was big compared to others.

The interior design of the room was a little bit old.

The Hotel is terribly dirty. The bathroom is worse and the shower curtains are moldy and filthy. I would call the front desk for toilet paper every time I run out. Lastly, the towers and bedsheets are terrible no comfort at all. Bad customer service at the front desk! Additionally, the hotel staff is very racist towards black people.

I tried my best to find one thing i liked but couldn’t

This hotel was extremely disappointing and not clean at all. There were no tissues, no toothpaste, and no toothbrush provided. The bed looked like it had never been washed, and there was a terrible smell in the room even though I specifically requested a non-smoking room.They charge 30 AED for parking, yet there is no proper parking available. When we tried to park at the RTA area, we were not allowed, and we still had to pay.The hotel also has a club, and there was constant noise throughout the night, making it impossible to rest.I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.There was zero security or service — when we ordered food, delivery was not allowed to reach our room, and we were told to go downstairs to collect it. When we asked why, they blamed the driver, which made no sense at all.In the morning, when we wanted to take our car, we had to wait over 20 minutes because the staff member responsible was simply not there. If they had allowed us to park at RTA, this would not have happened.The service, cleanliness, and management were terrible, and the photos online look nothing like the reality.I couldn’t find a single positive thing about this stay.

The room bad condition, no maintenance, not available towels, old bed sheet and broken pillows and blankets, giving the bedroom to attach 2 single beds to make a 1 bed, not available tooth brush

I just liked the location of hotel..

Room was not cleaned. There policy was to mob room every 2nd day. They didnot clean washroom for 5 days. Upon request, they did it.

Centrally located

Cleanliness, poor customer service, old unmaintained facilities, bathroom fittings falling apart not to any standard.

The room was not clean — there were cockroaches, and no towels were provided. We had to ask for them despite paying a high charge for just one night. The blanket was poor in quality, and the washroom was also not clean.

In start few days everything was fine but then no room cleaning no towels despite saying at reception.Location is far from metro

We did online booking but the room was too much dirty and no towels in washroom and dirty room they give us

We found a cockroach in our room then I called reception . Then they send one guy with spray he put spray on when we r in the room after that still the cockroach there . Then I ask them to change our room they give us room near the spa and near the people who are staying in bed space.whole night we can't sleep.i feel it's a waste of money
