SO Uptown Dubai

Calm and clean

Entrance

Everything, the staff were great and service was very good, the view was also amazing

The 6 levels up I had to go in my car and the fact I had to switch elevators to reach my room

Great,Modern design, clean and comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff. Convenient location and a relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely recommended to whoever would like to visit Dubai ?

The staff and the unique decoration

The level of cleanness, there was hair in the room when we checked in and counters were dusty also bathrooms were not wiped clean

The interior - view - everything and specially the costumer service, specifically Jessie has been so helpful from A to Z

Amazing hotel, very friendly staff

I didn’t like when i go to the valet by car and i have to go multiple levels. I wish we can be provided with closer parkings or valet.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated with a large bathtub, and the pool and bar were very enjoyable.

I appreciated the hotel staff.

The location was not the best, taking round drive until the 6th floor was in my mind every time going back / exiting from the hotel. Cleaning was not up to the expectation from a 5 star Dubai hotel. The last point is the bathroom not having a door! THIS IS NOT ART BUT AN PRIVACY ISSUE.

Modern decor, spacious room

Bugs around the coffee machine and bar area inside the room

Everything was clean and the spot is near to everythingLobby also so luxurious

Beautiful hotel with great restaurants within the facility. The front desk agents were amazing and helped me with all my requests and questions. Room service was excellent!

I understand the location is still ongoing major developments but I wish they were a lot more things todo within a walking distance such as coffee shops, restaurants, shoppings etc.

Everything was perfect, extremely professionally run hotel and highest standards in all departments.. Terrific location. Picture is of Bluewaters Island beach just a 5 min drive from SO/ Uptown. enter beach through La Cantine Beach club or day pass for Delano or Banyan Tree hotels.. Best Beach in Dubai is 5 mins from SO uptown

The price was intriguing especially for the room design

The building limitations, restrictions and location

Great comfort with elegant decorations and detailed cleanliness, impressive building architecture and room view.

Access is difficult due to ongoing construction works. The room lacked mini bar and snacks to purchase.

Room size, decor, restaurants and Bar all excellent, new and very nice

The view and Location

Hair on the coach. Breakfast wasn't good according 5 star hotel standards

Really nice hotel. Great decor, food options, staff. All good.

We were on a ‘staycation’, so we knew what we were signing up for, in terms of location. It’s not super convenient if you want to go shopping or to the beach (not terrible, but certainly not walking distance), but it’s really good for access to Abu Dhabi.

The best quality of service and rooms

Management, bell guys and reception ladies are amazing

Beautiful decor, very spacious and comfortable room.

Some construction that is happening but it didn’t affect us that much.

Everything was perfect clean, modern and hospitable

Everything was perfect. I only have one note to improve which was the response time for the customer service. It happened to me many times during my stay that when I call them it takes a long time to pick up the call “something they never respond”. I hope they improve this point.
