Dunes Hotel Apartment Oud Metha, Bur Dubai

Nice place, home away from home, staff is nice/accommodating, my 9am early check-in request was promptly honored. booked 2 separate rooms, got free upgrade to 2bed/2bath apartment! this enhanced our stay even more, I would definitely recommend this place.

No easy access to Metro, requires taxi or 20-25 min walk

Hotel given which you have rated as 4 stars. My comments are:I booked it for 7 nights on the basis of your website details. The hotel should be 2 Star rated at a maximum. The bed is like a slab of concrete.I developed a severe body rash from bedding complai

The rooms were nice, however, Phone TVs and other amenities were not working. The room service was below par.

Extremely helpful and polite staff, extraordinary service. The room was adequate and comfortable. Rooms had a balcony (for which a key could be obtained at reception). Very comfortable bed.

Very helpful team in the hotel

The room facilities were old and not that good.Breakfast was bad

Good staff,very helpful ,highly recommendable.

The only problem i faced was with the mattress.no matter the housekeeping staff made an effort to make it more comfortable after informing them but still i had a lot of back pain because the mattress was very hard and uneven.Rest everything a 10 on 10.

I m staying in this hotel apartments since 2015. Stayed more than 20 times uptill now. Staff is always helpful and accommodative. Every thing is excellent except 2 things to be upgraded.

Tv should be smart so guests can watch their own choice of programs rather to be bound to watch the local or some other channels . Fabric of sofas in TV lounge has become soo old that now it sticks with body really and fillings also has become so bad that wooden frame pinches when you sit and even it hurt me badly when I sit at first day. Shortly tv and sofas need to be changed immediately.

This is my "go to" accommodation as it fits my needs to a t. Decent size rooms and usually good maintenance and support if anything may be wrong.

Location was good and the staff were friendly and responsive.

Despite that the bed looked clean and comfy but I got stung by bed bugs.

poor maintenance mens poor facilities

cleanlinessold, worn out gadgets

the staffs were absolutely accommodating. the room is being cleaned and towels are changed everyday. we also get 2 bottled water everyday for free :)

the location is quite 15-20 minutes away from the metro though there are bus stations nearby

Room size

Construction around the area too expensive house keeping is bad most of the room facilities are not working

What set the hotel apart from other hotels is ALL the staff on duty. All of them are very nice and welcoming. They make you feel right at home. The room is spacious, clean, and equipped with all that you need. The location is perfect, surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, and not far from a metro station. Taxis are easy to find.

Breakfast items were more like Indian breakfast

Attitude of Juicy Joint staff was not satisfactory Felt discriminated and racist behavior favoring white color customers

it is really fully equipped with high professional staff either reception or room service break fast is good with cooperative staff

clean, quite and safe

As usual was great experience Special thanks to Mr Othman at the front desk Professionally friendly with great smile The room was spacious, super clean and the neighborhood was so convenient and accessible yo much restaurants and shops I cant wait for my next work trip
