Luxury Clean

Location is kinda far , nothing walking distance

Room was truly enormous. A two bed apartment.

Small bathrooms were a suprise. Also noise levels in the bedroom from the traffic were a bit high and as an acoustic consultant, i notice this, but so did my partner.

Everything was perfect. From the moment we booked, Milena, the "Lady in Red," was in touch with us and made sure our gluten-free needs were fully understood. When we arrived, Rahim the concierge greeted us warmly, and the entire team was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.Chef Yusuf and the kitchen staff went above and beyond, explaining every dish at breakfast and preparing special gluten-free pancakes and granola for us, which were delicious. They even surprised us with a birthday cake for my wife, which was such a lovely gesture.The service, the food, and the attention to detail made our stay truly special. We felt genuinely cared for and would love to come back again.

If you are looking for a seaside holiday in a luxurious setting with a welcoming and helpful staff, great service, you should definitely pick this hotel.We arrived much earlier than check-in time, but we got a room as quickly as possible thanks to the staff. The room itself was very spacious with a living room, two bedrooms, and three (!) bathrooms. And of course the view from the window and balcony, every day watching the sun set over the sea is magnificent. The cleaning staff deserves the highest praise: our room was cleaned twice a day - a full cleaning in the morning and an evening tidy-up. Special thanks for the drinking bottled water, which was provided in quantities sufficient for the whole day. The hotel's common areas were also cleaned thoroughly and regularly, including the restrooms near the pool. Special thanks to Lidia and Mito for service on breakfasts! And a very special thanks to Milena, Lady in Red, her hospitality, attention to detail, and assistance with any request helped us feel at home and made our stay truly unforgettable.

I had a wonderful stay at Kempinski Palm Hotel. The rooms were big, clean, and very comfortable with beautiful views. I loved the pool, the beach, and the gardens they made the place feel calm and relaxing. The food was excellent, especially breakfast, with so many fresh choices. Most of all, the staff were very friendly and helpful, they were outstanding and made the stay so special making us feel welcome the whole time. A truly great experience that I would happily recommend!

Construction on the property during morning and afternoon which made it hard to relax or nap and no discount was given in return for this problem from management

Every day there was a construction and no one told us about it.

Swimming pool vibes and good food at both restaurants.

Kids club could be more active..beach vibes could be better..

The pool was too overcrowded as even though the hotel was fully booked they still allowed day pass guests making it impossible to enjoy the pool. They allowed large inflatables and water pistols which was very bad and the music was so loud my ears hurt

Amazingly Big and wonderful reception and some team

Hotel is primarily attracting European tourists and the food menu is very limited for Asian travelers. When we went for dinner there was an indian guy at the brunello restaurant entrance told us that the in room dining menu can be ordered from room only. So we were unable to enjoy at the restaurant. Felt like he was lying and Basically he was not helpful at all which was unpleasant experience for us!

No covered pool and no great activity at night

Very friendly staff. Beautiful complex. Great location on the beach. Lovely food.

Excellent breakfast

Non guests have cheap access to beach and pool making it extremly loud and unpleasant to stay. Beach access is 250 AeD with 150 redeemable (kids free) sunstantially below comparable beach clubs attracting masses of people/kids that are all let in

We enjoyed our stay very much as a family! This is one of the best hotels on the Palm (I have stayed several times already), the location is excellent much more quiet than at the side of the Atlantis the views are amazing, beautiful oriental style (in my personal opinion it suits the location more than the overly modern style). The apartment is spacious has everything you need. Cleaning is spot on. The pool area is spacious enough and calm you never have to worry about having a free spot. Food is delicious- we have had half board. The staff is extremely welcoming, helpful and kind - a special thanks to Oksana from the hotel, Julius from the Italian restaurant and the always smiling and very enthusiastic gentleman from breakfast unfortunately I do not know his name but if I am not mistaken he is from Egypt or Syria. We are definitely returning again!

Maybe one suggestion- maybe to take a bit better care of the grass green area - if you compare to the Raffles next door there is some room for improvement but this is definitely nothing negative.

Nothing but a choice of 1 more restaurant would have been ideal.
