AVANI Deira Dubai Hotel

It was not a 5 star experience which I feel I paid for. Linen in the room was cheap, carpet had spots, towels were smelling with bleach and weren't soft at all. Felt like a clean 2 star hotel.

This is 5 stars rated hotel, but it does not feel like a 5-star. the swimming pool was very small. the corridors carpet and the room carpet look dirty.The breakfast was not up to the mark of five star.Will not recommend this hotel as a five-star to anyone

I had a great experience here, as soon as I checked in the reception upgraded my room upon request. The room as very spacious with a balcony, couch, common room and a bedroom. Bathroom was very clear and well maintained.

The Breakfast was the best n the stuff in the restaurant was Awesome.

The staff was so CLUELESS I ask 1 question from 3 different ppl got 3 different answers. The hotel manager need to train his staff show them A to Z of the hotel. I ask about Executive lounge if it has lunch or dinner they told me no when I went there saw

Room was super cl an. House keeping was kind and did excellent.. Nearby rail station. Bed was great!! Quiet and best sleep of my trip!. Overall good stay and would recommend. Thanks!

AC didn't get as cold as we'd like and meals were quite pricey but overall nice hotel

product is well maintained. Metro is within walking distance, to the left from the lobby. It is about convenient location. Window is sound proof, very well sealed, in fact it is located in busy, four junctions. there is no noise into the room.

Location was really good. I thought I had to pay a lot of money for early checking (as my flight arrived in Dubai way too early)

I think they can keep the window glass cleaner. It was dirty.

Fitness Center (gym) was pretty good, for one within a hotel.

The shower (in room). Could not position the shower head at a high enough height without holding it by hand. Also, the shower area is not fully enclosed, allows a lot of water to get onto the bathroom floor, which tends to get messy.

I really enjoyed the breakfast. It opened at 6 am, always tasted great, and had good variety. The gym wasn't too bad either. The room was quite large.

The staff was extremely accommodating and pleasant at all times. There was 24 operator assistance as well as room service. The location is close to the metro station which made it convenient for less costly travel. Highly recommended!

Upon checking in, I was offered a handicap room as all rooms were over booked. I had a confirmed booking that was prepaid online. What kind of customer service does this to a paying customer? Please take note and rectify your policy of over booking.

Staff is very polite and helpful.

They need to place more staff during check-in time to avoid any delay / inconvenience to customers.

The bedding,Concierge and Reception. Not to forget the wonderful waiter at the restaurant.

That I couldn't watch Epl, La Liga, Bundles Liga SKY NEWS.

Room was of a nice size, close to subway station

Location - though it's convenient to access the airport, there's nothing to see or do in the area

They are not honest people. Management has attitude and they always try to steal money from you for everything.

Surprised they cancel my booking now i am paying double to stay.
