Hotel staff are great. I didn't get a room with a stove so asked to switch, they made the change right away and sent people to get my bags right away. Location is excellent near the metro. The breakfast in the morning was good as well it was included

The AC can only be turned down to 20 degrees C. Being from canada this was still a little warm for me but nothing that was a major show stopper

I had a wonderful 4-day stay at Al Bustan Palace and Residence Hotel, Dubai, and overall it was a very pleasant experience.The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable from the first day. The staff were extremely polite, professional, and always ready to help. I would especially like to appreciate the front office staff, Mr. Govind, for his outstanding service. After two days, I requested a room change due to the outside view. He handled the request very professionally, upgraded my room free of cost, and personally assisted me during the room change. His hospitality and attention to guest satisfaction truly stood out.The location of the hotel is excellent. The metro station is just a walkable distance, which makes traveling around Dubai very convenient. All daily necessities, shops, and other facilities are easily available in the surroundings, adding great value to the stay.Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and would happily stay here again.

Staff are very accommodating, they extended our check out to 3pm because checked in late evening, breakfast is decent with live cooking, rooms are clean, location is near metro, shopping mall/grocery at ground floor.

Toiletries such as toothbrush, slippers, toothpaste has to be requested instead of ready in the rooms, key cards does not work if next to mobile, very difficult to navigate inside the building due to lack of sign boards, breakfast is up to 10:30 am only, swimming pool is very small.

Clean, quite, great staff especially reception staff ( Fade, Mahmoud and Nirmal), also very friendly waitress (Nipuni) , and dedicated housekeeping staff(Narayan and Sunny).Actually amazing staff. I always book my staff at this residence.Thanks for all and especially their hospitality.Raed

Been their alot of times.Great value for money especially Mr fadi always best and take care of all guest.The main reason of my staying is Mr fadi from reception always their to give you upgrades and make sure you had perfect time..

Al Bustam always delivers above expectations. I have been staying there every time when I visit Dubai. Excellent location with metro connection and a shopping mall in the building. What stands out is the staff. They go out of their way to make guests happy. As usual, I had an exceptional stay this time. Majid, the manager and Nirmal, Siddik, and the rest of the staff were amazing, and I could not praise them more. I always recommend this gem of a place to my friends, and they are equally happy. The receptionist Fadi was so kind and always smiling. The Bell Boy Siddik was doing everything that make the guest happy and was so so kind with me and my family.

Neat and clean .. and property aside , the stuff was really friendly and helpful specially Mr.mahmoud.

Powerful smell in the room, poor internet connection, awful smell on the way from the hotel to the breakfast room (the way goes through a shopping center), stained old carpet in the room

Location is good.

Far from perfect, water was leaking from the ceiling iron room. Iron was broken. Bad smell, especially from the bathroom. Only 2 towels were provided for three guests initially. No plugs for phone charging for US & Canada. Service desk was unhelpful and no professional conduct, no gesture of apology after giving feedback, and they were extremely rude.

Great location and easy access to the city, just a short ride away. Very friendly staff by check-in. We only stayed for one night, the next day we went to the city center. Good accomodation for a one night stay!

We found some small cockroches in the kitchen and living room, that was a bit disappointing. The rest of the apartment was in order.

Breakfast was good and so was the staff especially recption, Govind and Fady. Housekeeper Madan was also very nice.

Staff was great especially Mr. Fadi. He let us to check in earlier then 14 o’clock and upgradet our room from studio to 1 bedroom. Thank you very much

I loved the location, which was extremely excellent!! They had a mini-mall on the ground floor with a McDonald's, along with the hotel apartment's restaurant. The gas station was only a 1-2 minute walk, and the train was about a 3-5 minute walk if that. 10-15 minutes from the airport. There is a football/soccer field next to the residence. With everything so close, it is still peaceful in the rooms!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!

The parking was kind of tight, but it was in the basement, so it covered. When we first got to the room/apartment, there was a little trash left in the trash bin and drawers, but they came and cleaned it. The supermarket downstairs closed at 1 or 2 AM, but they closed the interior door, so you have to walk down an alley and around the corner. But the alley was clean and lit enough at night that you would feel safe.

The apartment was clean and decent. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices.

The furniture was dated.
