We had an amazing 2-night stay! The spa was wonderful—I enjoyed a truly relaxing massage. The highlight was Catalina at reception—she was so kind, attentive, and went out of her way to make our stay perfect. Her warm hospitality and helpful advice really stood out. we’ll definitely hope to see her again!

Everything was bad

I would like to file a formal complaint about my recent stay at this property. My experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish.When I arrived, the room was not prepared. It was dirty, had several issues, and I even found a cockroach inside. The TV was broken and didn’t work at all. The reception staff treated me very poorly — they caused me embarrassment in front of others and showed no respect or consideration.It was supposed to be a happy day for me since it was my birthday, but they completely ruined it. They were shouting, delaying access to my room key, and at one point even refused to give me my belongings. Despite my booking clearly showing that dinner and breakfast were included, they made me pay extra.Their behavior was extremely unprofessional. They kept calling and knocking on my door repeatedly, disturbing me and my small child who couldn’t sleep because of their constant interruptions. I was very stressed the entire night and couldn’t even enjoy the spa or relax.When I ordered room service, it took them over an hour to deliver the food. Overall, the staff showed no respect and acted in a very rude and unprofessional way, causing me emotional distress and completely ruining what should have been a special day.I left the hotel feeling deeply upset, and I am still emotionally affected by how I was treated.

Everything was perfect. The staff especially make this place worth visiting. Upon arrival we were welcomed by the wonderful valet Sunday and his coworker Ahmed. They remembered our name and checked in with us daily. Our children were surprised each evening with a toy or wonderful towel animals on their beds. We cannot wait to visit again soon.

Facilities and rooms were great

Staff and customer service is horrible. Took me about 30 mins to check in even that front desk was vacant. They looked me out of the room twice

Room size

There was constant noise coming from maintenance, and I wasn’t able to sleep properly. Despite this, I wasn’t offered a late checkout to compensate for the inconvenience.I expect this to be addressed and avoided in my future bookings.

Not sure it worth the money

Old facilities. Charging for water when paid for half board, the food is not great and the choice is limited for this price for a night

Staff location nice hotel

Some area of shower and bath tub were not so clean. Breakfast was not the best for the price.

Staff were helpful, hospitalized and kind!Pool was great but the bar no!

We had 2 connected rooms, one didn’t had bidet hose!

Service, tradition and facilities

I love the hotel amenities and the staffs good service, especially your staff Manager Mary of the Spa, she’s very helpful and accommodating.

Only the indoor pool which is separate from men and women cause me and my husband is celebrating our 22nd anniversary we just hope there is family indoor pool so we didn’t have to video call during our stays in the indoor pool we’ve been separated only on that time during our stay in the hotel.

The room was wonderfully decorated

but I did not like the spa staff , I choose this place for the spa services but the staff in the reception of the spa she was rude checking our age at the passport and questioning if we are guests in the hotel I choose this place because the rate includes spa But it’s not worth it because you could only use the pool , sona and ice room , all other spa services are not included such as massages and all kind of treatments

Everything was top notch

One of the staff members was quite rude. We had booked a room with lounge access, but whenever we went to the lounge the staff questioned us in an impolite and unwelcoming manner. This left us feeling uncomfortable and not valued as guests.

rooms need renovation and maintenance , for example wallpaper is peel off from the wall, door handles color is faded and upgrade bed mattress as is not even when you sleep. breakfast area overcrowded,

Staff and cleaners are so helpful and eager to help and provide and serve visitors. The Spa facility was fabulous too. The rooms spaces were spectacular! Amazing stay in general.

I think they have to have a better room service food as I found it not up to the level of the hotel. The furniture is kind of old, toilet water feels like there is a metal smell in it (probably from the rust?), and the rooms in general need to be renovated. But still all in all it was a great stay!

I returned to the Zabeel Saray after many years, and it was as good as I remembered.Great service, rooms, pool and restaurants/food. Special shoutout and compliments to Sunil and Jagdish for making the stay extra memorable and enjoyable. They really understand how to make a guest feel welcome and at home.

Guest service is a total disaster we had to call several times to fix a bidet shower after the technician came he was unable to fix it

Reception and the team on the hotel entrance were very friendly and helpful but the guest service we’re not helpful

The price was very good we had access to the Spa and the cinema

The hotel rooms are very old they need renovation
