Four Seasons Resort Dubai At Jumeirah Beach

Hotel is outstanding in every way: service, location, food/beverage

Room was clean, staff was kind and smiling, property was really nice, very good breakfast

Misleading Reservation Info and unhelpful reservation staff: we made a reservation for a room with 2 “Queen size” beds. When we wanted to confirm, it turned out the “queen size” beds were actually twin sized. When we complained, reservation manager Rafael told us “queen size” is “Dubai Queen” which is essentially twin size. It was unacceptable that Four Seasons Hotel would mislead customers. In addition, reservation manager Rafael was impolite and not helpful.

The room is so pleasant, the staff is friendly, the room service is excellent, Four-seasons never disappoints.

The rooms are very comfortable, very large with balconies. Every thing you need is in one place. Many selection of restaurants. Breakfast buffet was amazing with wide selection about every thing you can think of. The staff were extremely helpful and very attentive. I had an incident with an extremely bad excruciatingly painful cramp in my leg that lasted more than 10 minutes and I ended up calling the reception for help out of desperation. They arrived immediately to my room and they were very helpful, understanding and attentive till my problem subsided.

The room was far from the elevator

Location , friendly staff , service

Service by the pool was excellent and fast Liked how I can go to the pool without walking thru the lobby

Everything was perfect, specially the service, the beach area was amazing and clean, all staff were friendly and helpful. special thanks to Shreif on the front desk, he was very nice and welcoming.

The hotel is comfortable and family-friendly, especially for kids. Spacious rooms, safe environment, and great facilities make it perfect for a family stay

Personal touch in the room was a pleasant surprise. This time we discovered excellent indoor pool facilities.

It felt the hotel was still waking up for the season, it required some nudging sometimes.

Our stay at the Four Seasons was truly exceptional. The hotel is stunning elegant, serene, and designed with such attention to detail that every space feels like a sanctuary. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by beauty, comfort, and a calm sense of luxury. What truly made this experience unforgettable was the level of service. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. You feel genuinely cared for, without anything being too much or too little. The service is seamless, thoughtful, and delivered with such grace that it elevates every moment of the stay. The overall feeling is one of true hospitality at its finest where elegance meets soul. I would return without hesitation and recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, style, and world-class service.

Very clean and very nice staff very helpful and very cooperative

It’s a bit too quiet would love to have some fun activities happening near the beach area

I loved the breakfast it was overpriced but was delicious. Really good options

i was shocked that the coffee was really bad. Burning taste of coffee. I expected specialty coffee as the price was high. And four season is well known world wide. I then went to shai salon to buy my own coffee they didn’t even have specialty coffee to offer. I had to go outside the hotel to find a good coffee.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was excellent. The staff was excellent. Beach was fun. It was not too crowded and had fast and quality service. It was a nice sandy beach and water was good. No music but the popular Nammos Beach next door had enough music coming our way. The only thing the beach was lacking was enough umbrellas, if it had been crowded in the Dubai Heat, the lack of shade would be a big problem. People mostly chose to hang out at the pool area so I dont know about that. the location was good.

The weird note that was left for us by the cleaning crew saying if we kept the "do not disturb" sign for more than 24 hours, they would be forced to come in at some point.

The hotel is simple but just right. Not crowded. Proper 5 star experience, the atmosphere was relaxing. I liked the garden, really good kids club and pool. View of sunset. Sea Fu beach restaurant with outdoor seating was lovely in the evening.

Beautiful and Clean, great restaurants nearby like Scalini, Coya, Nus-retGreat staff

Very small hotel and facilities, pool area not great ( and only one pool for adults another for adults with kids ), pool food , area and service very poor. Breakfast is disappointing. Was expecting much better for the price.

great and relaxing hotel for family and business. top location. a great hotel!

slightly dated pool

Staff were helpful and pleasant. They were always trying to do their best for you. Bedroom was lovely and spacious. Facilities are very good. Beach staff were alwats seeing if you wantd something.

I was overlooking the road and it was quite noisy.
