Very Disappointing Stay – Constant Noise & No Action from StaffMy stay was extremely disappointing due to constant and unacceptable noise.The first night, there was loud noise coming from the adjacent room, making it impossible to rest. The following two mornings, the situation became even worse, with maintenance work and wall drilling starting at 8:00 AM, completely disrupting any chance of sleep.I reported the issue to both the reception and a supervisor, expecting at least a basic effort to resolve the problem or offer an alternative solution. Unfortunately, nothing was done. No room change, no follow-up, no apology—just complete indifference.A hotel should provide rest and comfort. Instead, this felt like staying inside a construction site with zero customer care. Poor noise management and lack of responsiveness from staff make this hotel impossible to recommend.I will not be returning.

I like the location hotel to the beach and all restaurants near by also supermarket 24H

I didn't like the room not soundproof and hotel long time construction ongoing on 9am you can't sleep bcoz of drills of construction l

The location is great. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The pillows are not comfortable at all. Even when I requested other pillows, still are not comfortable. The elevators are busy and slow.

The dinner was excellent, the swimming pool was very nice, and the room cleaning was perfect. Special thanks to Sabrina, who was very kind, attentive, and always helpful – she made our stay even more enjoyable.

Everything was great, nothing to complain about

The heated pool, valet parking, big and comfortable room with lovely views & the lounge. Direct access to the beach.

Not the best breakfast. Extremely heavy traffic near the hotel. No private beach

It was great experience for our family. Kids loved it and we extended for 2 more days and guys at reception were exceptional and very supportive.

although renovated, the rooms seem old. Our room smelled of mold. Being the new year period, the hotel was full and the undersized number of elevators, only 3, meant that in certain periods you had to wait over 10 minutes to get down. Breakfast, although good, was quite limited. The feeling is more like a 4-star hotel

The elevators!! We had to wait 45 minutes at once to get down

The staff very friendly and the location is good But ifeel you need to take more attention about the cleaning

The elevator management, you are here waiting, but someone can come and take your turn.

The Pool bcz mix with kids lot of noise,not feeling relax they don't have privet beach, I should pay extera for beach sunbed outside of hotel ??‍♀️The shower was bad to change from shower to bathtub so hard to move,

Location and access to the beachSaif at the reception was so professional and composed they couldn’t find my reservation and I wanted to observe how he would handle the situation. I’d love to train my staff to resolve issues like that

Turns out the breakfast wasn’t included and the water glass bottle doesn’t show its complimentary..

i went to the reception to pay for breakfast, but the employee didn't accept to pay by his side 75D and i paid direct to the restaurant 100D

I like the location on the beach all the facilities restaurants and shops close to the hotel
