Rove Expo City

The definition of Work-Life-Balance. Space to play, work, and exercise.

Short notice during technical issues.

Bed was comfortable.

More amenities should be in the room. No combination shampoo/ conditioner please, it is terrible!

The room with sofa bed

The pool its too small cause when we came there a lot of people are using it.

Variety of selected menu items available alone with the Breakfast Buffet. Staff pleasant and accommodating.Nice for the cost.

NA

I like the unit its very clean and cozy

Only 2 pillows.

It was very amazing locationroom was very comfortable

There is amazing view side

The environment,FO staff in the night shift was soo professional. Swimming pool experience over there will be memorable for me in this stay.

I booked a room with a King Size Bed, but when we arrived at the hotel, they gave us a room with two separate beds instead. When I called the reception and explained that I had specifically booked a King Size Bed, they told me there wasn’t any available and suggested we just push the two beds together. This is unacceptable and misleading. If a King Size Bed wasn’t available, it should not have been offered during the booking process. It completely ruined the experience we had planned. Also, the attitude at the reception was unprofessional. I expected much better from a 4-star hotel.

I liked the rooms spacious, clean worth their price, good facilities, friendly staff , kids friendly luggage lockers, watching football matches area, working coffee shop, fast valet. Overall good experience.

I didn’t like the location of this hotel to reach downtown to Dubai. You need at least an hour with traffic to get there. also, it is not easy to get to the hotel. There is a lot of roads closed and construction in the expo area. There was no indication that it is semi self service You have to bring your own luggage to your room. Laundry is overpriced since its self service. Also, the quality of the room service when cleaning the room it should be up a notch. It was acceptable, but it can be better. Another thing is it seems the cats find their way into the lobby, which is not a big problem unless you have an allergy to cats.

The staff was really nice and the location was really nice very close to the metro station and outside it's very pedestrian friendly for people who like to take a walk

Some lack of amenities

The cleanliness, friendly & welcoming staff, service and room view

Very clean and lobby scent was calming.

The parking doesn’t have a lift to hotel.

The location around expo and sustainability

Upon checked in I requested for a crib but didn’t received it.I also would like to recommend if they can separate the telephone line of the house keeping from the front desk so that the request of the guests will be accommodated on time.

Clean Hotel. Very Friendly & Responsive Staff. Very Good Breakfast

No lift (elevator) from basement car park. Too far from city.

Location, room size, cleanliness and accessibility.

Nothing to complain about.

That it was in front of waslplaza

There were less staff and the hotel was fully booked. Breakfast table cleanups took longer as well. We had to wait some time for sitting. The hotel charged almost 1400 dhs for B&B basis but they did not even inform us of the access of Wasl plaza dome for New Year’s Eve. We had to book the tickets ourselves and it was already over booked. It wasn’t properly managed I would say. They could have secured some tickets for the hotel and gave to the customers staying in the hotel. The rooftop had an amazing view of the dome and the fireworks but they did not allow us the access to rooftop after 10 pm so was a waste staying in this hotel for new year eve.

Located in an excellent area, very clean hotel and facilities are good, lobby is beautiful with great seating and kids play facilities.

Nothing really, but if you are planning to visit Dubai downtown (burj khalifa area), it is bit far with drive of about 30 to 40 minutes. Also, I could not see any grocery store nearby, may be there is one but I could not find.

Location was amazing, loved the proximity to the plaza and nearby restaurants. The breakfast offering was also great, both a buffet and a menu to order from. Good selection, great taste. Also, the entire facility is so artistically designed and I love that, each area is new and interesting.

There really wasn’t anything negative. Parking seemed a bit tricky due to construction in the area.

We really liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent service from the staff. Despite being busy during Christmas, everything was well managed. Special thanks to Mr. Arsalan at the reception for being very kind, helpful, and welcoming.

The hotel was quite busy during the holidays, but the staff managed the situation well. Overall, the stay was very pleasant.

I like the access to expo park, the restaurant and bar, the staff is welcoming
