I have chosen 5 star hotel But this Is was I think 4 or 3 star No any offer submitted to me during me staying for 4 nights

The staff were nice and cool and good parking spaces and its location is good if you have work in the media city as it is close

When first checked in i got a room on floor 33 i believe and the AC has no automatic button and there is no button to turn it off and the biggest issue is that the air diffuser is directly above me and the cold air is hitting my head which led me to sleep on the other side of the bed - i have added a photo of the air diffuser-Next night i have asked for another room, the assistance manager and the staff were nice and cool and gave me another good room that has AC thermostat and it can be turned into automatic.Now i had 7 nights reserved, however i decided to check out in the sixth night because when i woke up a saw a cockroach/bug on the pillow next to me.

We arrived right on check-in time, feeling optimistic… and left the lobby at 3:30 pm feeling like we’d completed a survival challenge.With 2 kids, 1 toddler, and 1 baby, we basically moved into the lobby while waiting for our room to be ready. The kids’ playroom was supposed to save the day, but sadly it looked like it hadn’t been updated since dinosaurs last checked in.The hotel itself feels outdated, the carpets look like they’ve seen too much history, and the housekeeping team gave off strong “we’d rather not have guests” energy.If you’re choosing between this hotel and another one at a similar price — do yourself a favor and pick the other one. Your kids (and sanity) will thank you.

Location, it's about 2.5 -3km from nearest metro. Only 1 shuttle service that starts @ 9:30 nothing earlier.

What I liked about the property was the exceptional hospitality and helpful staff, especially at the reception, who were very polite, accommodating, and went the extra mile to assist us. The room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything you would expect from a serviced apartment, and the room service was fast.I also appreciated the well-maintained amenities, including the kids’ pool, tennis court, sauna, and 24-hour gym. The complimentary upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite at a reasonable cost made our stay even more comfortable. The breathtaking view from the 38th floor, overlooking the sea, Palm Jumeirah, and Burj Al Arab, was a definite highlight.Additionally, the in-house grocery and free shuttle service to the nearest metro station and Mall of the Emirates were very convenient and added great value to our stay.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the property is a bit far from nearby shopping and dining areas. However, this was balanced out by the in-house grocery and the free shuttle service to the nearest metro station and Mall of the Emirates, which made getting around much more convenient.

The staying was comfortable , the bed and also the sauna and steam were good. It’s close to Mall of the Emirates.

The water shower was not working properly , the water pressure is very very low. The bathtub is old and rusted. Upon checkout I wanted to extend for a fourth night but the lady on the Reciption wasn’t helpful and told me she can’t extend and she will send me someone to take my bags out.

We booked a two bedroom for our family of four. It was big enough for all us and there was daily housekeeping (which I was not expecting). All the staff members were very polite and nice.

I originally looked at booking a place on the other side of the main road because of the convenience of walking out to get food. The location of La Suite is in a quiet location. Further away from stores and restaurants so we always need to take the car out and driving in Dubai can be bothersome if you are not use to it.

Every thing is satisfying, reception, cleanness, room , location

Restaurant has an eggy smell which prevents me dining in.
