All staff we so accommodating. Especially Nelia and Maricris on the front desk. Muktan in the concierge very helpful too.

We arrived early morning after our flight. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment. The staff went above and beyond. The apartment was extremely spacious and very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine/laundry in the apartment. Cleanliness 10 out of 10. Great views and location. We would certainly book again on our next trip.

Clean, spacious. Central to places of my interest. Did not try the hotel breakfast.

Feels like ‘home’

I have no complaints in general… however, don’t like phonecall coming EXACTLY at 12, to ‘push me out’ of room. I had already informed the hotel regarding my departure…there should be a grace period of 30 minutes understood…

Location was excellent very close to the Burj Khalifa. We had a large room with 2 twin beds, a full kitchen with a large fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer for a very good price. The staff were all excellent. We used their free shuttle to the Dubai Mall a couple of times. They do not serve alcohol but they are okay with guests bringing it to the room.

The breakfast sausages were like undercooked wieners and could be improved!

I have been staying at Ramada Downtown for many years, and it has truly become more than just a hotel to me — it feels like home.What makes this place special is not only its prime location or the comfort of the rooms, but the consistency of care, familiarity, and trust that I experience every single time I return. It has a great location and is in walking distance to a lot of things around the area

Unfortunately the fridge in our room wasn't working and for the price....it wasn't worth it. The furniture is outdated as well.

I always return to this hotel. The best hotel to rest your soul and mind after a day of work. Magnificent view to Burge Khalifa and to musical fountains from the viewing platform in the garden. Breakfast and dinner with a good and sufficient choice of dishes. SPA, with great massage. The rooms have full kitchens and a supermarket is in the next building. Absolutely all the staff are friendly and always ready to help. Ramada feels like you’re in a cosy family-run hotel, which is important when you’re on a busy business trip. Special thanks to the receptionist manager Syed and Swapril for their help and patience.Thank you all for your didicated work. Will be glad to see you all soon.

Everything. The room, the facilities,room,pool....

I asked for fountain view but i saw nothing except for the 1/10 of fountain. And i payed that

I expected better than this, i pay alot for nothing also i made it without breakfast but it was still high amount of money

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location is perfect and room view was superb. Very clean hotel.

There are 32 floors and only two elevators therefore waiting time is too long. Breakfast area too small not enough tables to support this many rooms and guests during breakfast time. Non opening windows was another issue - lack of fresh air but it is common in high buildings of course. Next time I will definitely ask for a room with a balcony. They only have two family rooms with balcony but the surrounding tall buildings have balconies even on the highest floors.

Location and friendly staff.

The room was very cold for the first days as the A/C wouldn’t adjust properly. This was fixed the last days though.

The role was large and very well designed. Clean and comfortable. It had a beautiful balcony facing the city.

1 . Our “city view” room on the 10th floor was located facing the Act One and Act Two residential towers, directly above the main taxi and delivery pick-up area. Unfortunately, drivers were constantly honking in the pick-up zone between the two towers, which resulted in persistent noise pollution and made our stay much less comfortable, particularly after hours. Given that unnecessary horn use is treated as a traffic violation in Dubai and contributes to noise pollution, I believe Dubai Police should be alerted to these repeated disturbances and the lack of respect shown to residents and guests in this area, and I would strongly recommend enforcing hefty fines on drivers who honk without valid reason or use verbal abuse there, especially during night-time hours.2. We booked a city tour with the Ramada hotel staff. The driver left us unattended several times; we believe he might have taken other client(s) for a lift during the time we were paying him to wait for us. The driver clearly lied to us when he picked us up with a major delay. They discounted the wait time from the final bill, but it was stressful and it completely spoiled our experience. We do not recommend using the hotel tour guide services.

Walking distance to the Dubai Mall and the shuttle service is on time to drop us off as well at a certain time.

The hotel is great. Booking mislead us. It is written that kids are free at this hotel. Bit as we arrived we were chared for them (10,11 years old) . We don't mind paying for kids, but if its written that they are welcome for free, and at the hotel its not free... Than its not ok. I think its Booking fault. Not Ramada hotel.
