GSS Palace Hotel

Nothing I like there not value for money

Not clean hotel much louder music not helpful staff not recommended to stay

Proximity to train station

Too many insects and level of clenleness

Good location with metro station across the street. The reception staff were all very friendly. The gold souq is a 10-minute walk away. There are supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel open 24 hours a day.The journey from the airport to the hotel on the metro takes 20 minutes

On the first floor of the hotel there is a nightclub and there is noise every night, try to stay on the highest floor possible, I stayed on the 6th floor and still heard noise. The wardrobe doors wouldn't open. The hotel says it has a swimming pool but it hasn't been open for a long time. The room could have been cleaned better.I stayed 11 nights and not every day they cleaned.

Mt brother liked the location, as it was near to Nasser Square

The room was dirty when my brother first walked in. Even though the payment was set up cash at spot initially, this hotel tried to withdraw money from my card. they wrote me to pay quickly or they will cancel the booking while my brother was already there and had done the payment. So be careful not to have money on your card if you choose this hotel.

I like the electronic shop very friendly person

The room was dirty with cockroachesThe kettle rustedThe shower was not hygieneAfter I told them about cockroaches they spray chemical on my way back I wasn't aware I have smell all these toxic while packing to change roomThe towel was mess smelly and dirty

location

The rooms were wornout and outdated and for all the services and amenities you have to ask for it everyday like water and even the bed sheet and towels were dirty and old, even their refrigerator doesn't work.

Location was very good.

I had breakfast once (room service) and the menu was very restricted.

Staff was very competent and friendly. Check in check out procedure easy and quick . Near is metri and bus stations

Hygienic goods only for ine day

Affordable , good location and reasonable facilities

Nothing too bad

Everything is okay, but now the price is a little bit high before was 180 now is 225 this is too much and also the Night Shift receptionist is very bad

I can’t there with my friends there was just for an hour and the reception is he said no they cannot be able to join me

Location and good internet connection. A little bit comfortable with the beds

Needs some good input of effort in pest control.

The location was perfect. The bed was nice.

There were small cockroaches around

the location is too noisy, there are some many noises at night and it's difficult to sleep

The shops are close by

Disappointing

In hotel have 7 night club At nights you can find many drunk person creating awkward times

Bad

TV stations are not clear and sometimes no signal.Room service staff not answering calls.WiFi signal is very poor. The quality of the room was bad compared to the price.

Nothing absolutely

The noise was too much I couldn't even sleep and a double single bed looks like single bed divided in to two the mattress is two single bed mattress on a double single bed it was not comfortable at all. Is better you change your mattress single beds for single mattress and double bed for double mattress. The picture below is my bed looks so disappointing

Pocket friendly

Check in delay and breakfast quality

Location. They allowed me to check out at 1pm instead of 12 noon.

Very poor house keeping. Safe not working. TV had signal problem. Everything such as Towel tea bag I had to ask. Door would not self close. Even though I checked in after 8pm room was prepared as should.
