The place was extremely noisy, despite being on the 18th floor. The noise came not only from a nearby construction site but also from poor sound indulation and nearby highway.Although I didn’t use the kitchen, the facilities seemed insufficient, and the bathroom was quite outdated.I tried to adjust or turn off the ventilation/air conditioning, but it kept running at a low temperature throughout the night, which was uncomfortable.Overall, this property does not meet the standards of a 4-star place and would be more accurately rated as a 3 star accommodation.

The location of the hotel is very good.

The room was extremely noisy due to nearby construction, and the hotel had no proper sound insulation. This is the first 4- or 5-star hotel I’ve stayed in where the window did not close properly, allowing outside noise to enter the roomThe bed was comfortable, but the bedding was dirty, with yellow stains on the pillow, which made sleeping very uncomfortable. When I contacted management about the noise, I was told that this is “what you should expect in the Marina area,” which is not an acceptable response for a hotel charging 4- or 5-star prices. Properly closing windows and basic sound insulation (such as double-glazed windows) should be standard. Overall, the stay did not meet the standards expected of a high-end hotel. As reported in Google Reviews by other guests, I can also confirm that the room was dirty and had pest issues. Aside from the price, the hotel did not meet 5-star or even 4 star standards in any way.

Friendly and helpful staff.

Shower/bathroom somewhat dated. The shower head would not stay in place kept sliding down.

Good location: mall, restaurants, walking Marina, subway station. Warm pool. Very friendly stuff. Big clean apartment with well equipped kitchen. Ground floor was updated just in 2025. Very good for families.

1. Bed bugs in the room & I report it from the first day but they didn’t take any action 2. They did not trust me till I provide them photos of the bugs beat in our body. 3. The manager refuse to refund me becouse the booking was not done through them.4. I have vedio & photo of the bugs in the bed which is not acceptable

I was disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding the damage deposit. After completing and paying for the booking, the hotel sent a message requesting an additional AED 750 damage deposit per room, which was not clearly mentioned during the booking or reservation process.This information should be disclosed before payment, not after the booking is confirmed. While I understand that deposits are common, unexpected charges after payment create frustration and feel misleading.Hotels should be upfront about all mandatory fees to allow guests to make informed decisions. Transparency at the booking stage would greatly improve the experience.

Overall, the stay was pleasant thanks to the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, always ready to assist with requests and provide information. Their professionalism and positive attitude really stood out and made us feel comfortable. However, the cleanliness could be improved, as the room was not cleaned thoroughly during our stay. With better attention to housekeeping, the experience would be much better.

I would like to mention that we specifically ask for cleaning the apartment on 31st of December, which they did. But only the bed sheets were changed and we didn’t even receive the new towels. Had to go to the reception and ask for them. The floor was not vacuumed for the entire stay I would say, we found the same dust and food on the floor. ( the same as we left it). The tips was left every day for the entire stay and still nothing. But celebrating New Year like this wasn’t really our plan.

Location is near everything.

Bathroom doesn't have any ventilation. There are sound of gas pipes behind the walls at night. The lighting switches are very far apart and confusing to use.

Location near Dubai Marina and walk distance from the train station, good breakfast, very friendly and nice staff.

The only minus is construction work near the hotel starting from 7:15 am :(

The front of house staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The washing machine in my unit did not dry my clothes at all, so they actually moved me to a new room the last night with a working machine so my clothes could dry. They were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The location was great being only a five minute walk from the Marina Promenade.

It would be nice if hotels and apartments would put a real electric outlet in the bathroom so residents could use a blow dryer in front of a mirror.

The property had an excellent location, very close to the mall, the beach, and the metro. Everything was within easy reach.

The bed, pillows, mattress and the living room sofa were not comfortable at all and had a plastic-like feel. The staff were not very flexible. They wouldn’t request a taxi when needed, even on the day of my flight. I also had to wait about an hour to be allowed to make an international call to my bank, despite agreeing to pay for it, and I was charged in the end.

Value for money. The location is perfect..staff is friendly

There is noise in the morning from construction outside. Luckily its in th morning for now
