the dubai marina is a little isolated from the rest of dubai, and with traffic it took a long time to get back to the hotel

It has all the amenities.

Staff forgets things such as wake up calls. Something very important as a business traveller.

Five stars are not enough for this HotelOur experience was perfect from start to finish. The entire staff was wonderfully welcoming and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed.We were particularly impressed by Marzoq, who was so polite, proactive, and kind. His service truly elevated our stay.The food was outstanding—the breakfast buffet had an incredible array of choices, and we loved exploring the different dining options for dinner. Everything was delicious.Thank you for a memorable getaway. We will definitely be back!

Staff were exceptionally attentive, polite, and helpful. Hotel cleanliness, room comfort, options within the premises to dine, overall was great!

I had to think for a bit to identify anything ‘negative’. Maybe one thing to see about improving is the elevators take a longtime and crowded.

We have visited this hotel several times already and it is always amazing. Service is the best, the food is great and there are several very good restaurants in the buildings.The people working there are also amazing, very attentive and personal! The pool at the hotel is not very large, but very nice. Also in the sister hotel you can use the pool and beach. They have a very nice garden as well. Just don't expect the same level of service as in Grosvenor House.Rooms are spacious and cleaning is immaculate

This hotel is exceptional and I loved every minute I spent there! From fluffy beds to delicious restaurants, GH has it all. Staff is amazing and they cater to all your needs and beyond. Check the beautiful bar on the 44th floor or chill on the balcony or dine in the spectacular restaurants .... You will love your stay and never want to check out.

Pool - it could be updated to something more attractive.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good location in the marina. Hotel feels outdated and smells musty in the rooms and corridors.

The Grosvenor House in the Marina is exceptional. We had a premier room which included the Executive Lounge. We took breakfast both days. There was plenty of choice with quality food and beverages. Staff were welcoming and attentative. Well recommended.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and very good service.

The room had some electrical issue and the light turned on and off a few times automatically.

A proper large luxury hotel with great facilities and great service throughout. The property feels luxurious and high end, the room was immaculate, comfortable and quiet and the breakfast buffet was terrific.Dubai Marina is a good base with lots of amenities within walking distance. It's also handy for visiting Palm Jumeirah. Excellent spa and access to neighbouring beach resport via a shuttle. Bar 44 has fantastic views and the food was also excellent

There's very little not to like about Grosvenor House. You can see the sister beach resort hotel - Le Royal Meridien - but the shuttle bus route is comically indirect because of the road layout and terrible Dubai traffic. You feel you could walk there faster but it's not a pedestrian friendly route. The gym I used was quite small but there may have been a larger one.

This is our third time attending the Grosvenor, and we do just love it for a bit of winter sun. It offers a great balance of luxury and great location. Also having the use of the royal meridian beach makes it perfect

No real negatives but I do prefer tower 2 than 1, but that is just a personal preferance

5th time we stayed in this hotel. Need I say more!? Best hotel in the Marina with access to the Le Meridian pools/beach. Great combo!

There was one inconvenience: no plug for hairdryer in the bathroom.

We wanted a Marina location near restaurants etc. mall and shops in easy walking distance and it is nice just to walk or run around marina so this was ideal. Room was spacious and clean with views over marinaBreakfast goodStaff and service was excellent, friendly and helpful, could not ask more of themExcellent bars and restaurants part of hotel Buddha Bar restaurant and Siddharta Lounge for drinks

This did not affect us but this is not on the beach, there is an outside pool and there is shuttle down to beach

I think this is the best hotel I have stayed in. 10/10. Massive, two-tower hotel/residence complex in the Dubai Marina district. Excellent location. You can even walk around the area, which is quite rare.. Numerous restaurants and bars on the premises, some top notch.Exceptional luxury service. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend the junior suite, which also gives you access to the Level 5 Lounge; definitely worth the upgrade. The staff were exceptional. From the airport pick up, to check in, then concierge service, lounge staff. Components and thanks to all. Choosing this hotel is a guarantee of a good stay on Dubai. It’s not cheap, but you get what you paid for, and more. Will absolutely return.

Another wonderful stay at the Grosvenor House hotel. Once again the calm relaxed environment and the amazing service made our Dubai break extra special.Each member of staff we interacted with was genuinely friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome.The rooms are generously sized and so comfortable.We went for the Club Lounge option this time and enjoyed the facilities and the extras including afternoon tea and happy hour drinks and snacks. Leaving the hotel was hard but we are looking forward to next year’s visit
