This is a long one as this is something I was extremely disappointed. This hotel by far is the worst amongst all the hotels I have stayed in terms of customer service, the hotel itself is clean. I have booked for almost two weeks as this is the closest to my brothers apartments. I got a room for 2 although I stay on my own but I came here to Dubai to visit my 2 brothers. I can only put one to register, receptionist Noman insists I can only let him stay and the other brother he can allow to visit (only one time) just because he is considerate. But after over an hr he called my room and tell me it’s time to let my other brother out. The second time my other brother visited, Noman won’t even allow him and his pregnant wife to visit even for less than an hr. We had a long day that day and when we reached the hotel I just want the us to go up my room to freshen up and then we can go out to eat, that was 11:30pm. All day we were outside. He insists this is hotel policy. So I asked him if he can provide me a booklet that says I cannot have visitor, and mind you, not even once another person stayed overnight with me. He showed me the receipt that I signed that said the generic line that the hotel has the right to refuse a guest or visitor.The next day I talked to their manager/front office supervisor Zoqeer Siab and he is equally just as unempathetic. Zoqeer Siab told me I had my two female cousins before that visited me and they’re the only ones who can visit as they were the first ones that have their ID scanned. Zoqeer even told me it’s my responsibility to know about it. I told Siab I am unaware of their rules here and was just relying on what I have known about general hotel policies. Zoqeer further told me this is unlike the Hilton or Rotana who don’t mind visitors in and out, those are the high end ones. You booked for a lower end kind like this.

Location is nice, the winter Al Rigga night market is just next door, so it was nice. The hotel is clean and it meets the expectations.

I have been to the hotel before also and I like it, however I do think they should have better options for breakfast as if you stay for over a week, you start feeling it is the same breakfast every day.

Security, i Lost my items in the room. Regardless of informing the Security and reception. And waited for 4 hours there was no cooperation and my item wasnt found

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very accommodating, and the location was very convenient, very close to everything you need.

shower water wasn't hot enough.

All was great. There was a variety to chose from. I would go the same place if I had the opportunity to visit UAE again.

All was great. The hotel staff were amazing. The cab/tour guy was helpful. He helped be plan for my city travels well.

The hotel was comfortable, the view was magnificent, the staff was first class. The location is perfect, close to Dubai Creek, close to Gold Souk. Am hotel.like this os considered 4 star in the USA.

The good things about this hotel is that it is walkable to a big mall, a lot of dining options, two big metro stations that connects the whole city and very close to the airport. It is not the most scenic area, but super safe and there is a vibe around there. The rooms were more to the modern side, clean and decent sized with a refrigerator (although not that cold) and kettle. I had issues getting onto the wifi and had to call someone to come up, and you had to keep signing in, but it was ok, not great. The bed was comfy, bathroom well appointed and lit and there was a desk in the room if you needed to work. Staff was pleasant but certainly not overly friendly. They did allow me to stay one hour later for check out which is allows appreciated.

The walls are super thin!!! I heard things I should not have heard and that is not fun at all.

Rooms are clean, towels, curtains and rugs are all clean

Electricity in the room was really weird kept shutting down at night and couldn’t charge our mobiles

the cleanliness was alright the responses to queries was quick

5-7 minutes walking to Metro station ( In summer you can’t )

It was over priced according to facilities and services,In summer it’s 30-40 USD however in season they charge you 110-150 USDIt’s not worth at all

New property with new furniture, clean and nice. Staff were hospitable and receptive. The room was bit narrow. Very nice.

All lights are ON at 1 switch and all lights were white it’s gonna be so pleasant if there is an option for warm light or dim lights

the hotel straff are very friendly especially in the reception and location is very convinient and accesable to all transportation and the food in EL BATANGUENO was amazing the staff also easy to approach and friendly.

the aircon in our room didnt work properly we stay the for a weekand wee book online on the higher floor but ended up room was on the lower and the vew was on the back side.and also one of the hotel security was very disspointing the resataurant in lobby has karaoke where you can sign freely, the security came suddenly and turn off the volume and as hotel guest i feel shame he can atleast call me or the restaurant staff to ask to lower the volume and not do that as if he is the hotel owner :( . i hope it will not happen to the other guest.

Hotel is very new and very clean and modern

Racist attitude of the lady at the reception who ignored me and preferred to serve other guests when checking in time came at 2pm despite those guests having come long after me and me being seated right next to the reception desk and within her sights.
