Clean and location

I really enjoyed my stay at the property. The apartments were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made the whole experience very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, cooperative, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped, and I especially loved the beautiful View, it truly added something special to my stay.I would also like to highlight the outstanding service provided by Kareem. He was incredibly professional, very helpful, and always greeting us with a warm and positive attitude. His support made my stay even better, and I truly appreciated his kindness and efficiency.Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Staff very nice, location decent

Construction going on next door, building very old, not remotely close to being a five star. Breakfast below average.

Loved Everything, it’s a great mix between a nice hotel experience and still having the coziness of a home. The facility was really modern and clean. Modern kitchen facilities. Mr. Karim at reception was really friendly and helpful upon arrival and later all reception team followed through with the same friendliness. Housekeeping team was also attentive even without the need to meet them for any customized requirementsThe pool is really nice and the views are great giving you the Dubai vibes without the busy nature. Place is suitable for traveling with families and solo. Location is just a short 10-15 min walk to Dubai mall. Everything is around.Will definitely be taking my family there in my next trip.

My only negative experience was a loud party by my next door neighbors on the weekend. Balconies were very close to the bedroom and they stayed in there in the morning hours. Not the hotel’s mistake but sound was invasive.

Living room furniture (sofa) is too old and uncomfortable.

Thanks for Hotel staff special reception guy ( Kareem ) , he help with everything for us. Hotel location is good , beautiful, pool , lobby where you can meet and take drink with your friend. You can also take walk around near is river.

I loved the whole treatment. The breakfast was great - both eggs and pankaces, with all other food served. Staff very very kind, supportive and professional. My apartment was a ten and everything in it.
