Hafez Hotel Apartment

nothing was good about that hotel.

The hotel staff was so rude in talking, sorry to say felt like the cheap kind of hotel i checked in quite late at night so i had no option then just sleep because was to tired, dint even feel like using the toilet, dint even took shower waited for morning

Poor cleanliness, poor room service, very poor facilities, and we have rat in our room

worse place you could ever go, please avoid going there

there was a lot of cockroaches in the room and a very bad damp and cigarette smell

Once upon time it was good, they are not reinvesting on renovation. If they pays a little on renovation and fixing and changing old furniture's and electronics felicities then they will be very comfortable in Dubai. They need to change and reinvest.

They need to reinvest. All their decoration and furniture need to be changed or fixed. We had their three apartments for our 12 members team, and they were unable to provide at least one apartments kitchens not to mention that we had three bookings at the same time!!!They should reinvest for future.

I liked the central location good night life..

Poor facilities, we didn't get towels for 2 days when we arrived.

Room quite big, including basic kitchen.

Very shaby room, kitchen and bathroom facilities.

The room was not that clean as it was supposed to be I booked online and selected pay at property option for the payment and got deduction from my card as well . But when at check-in time they said u have to pay now and the deducted amount will be reversed back to my account bit it's been 1 week I haven't got any positive response from the management or customer service team.I called many times as well as communicated on WhatsApp but they are still not solving my problem.My money is supposed to be reversed back but still I'm suffering

I am a frequent travler and for the first time i booked the said hotel with my family including 2 kids. I was in 116 and honestly I liked the property, food, staff and cleanliness up to my expectations. I'll suggest every body should go for this.. Pradeep Guha from Delhi INDIA

I needed two room apartment together. This was not available

Location was a prime location, has most of the facilities and the amenities welcome the guest , only issues that found that TV isn't work in all rooms and also charging shokets are just two pin . Had very quite night. With very pleasant sleep over . Staffs and the reception is very friendly .

There is nothing i don't like but I would rather suggest them to consider on these as they really can compete.01. Working TV pansala and batteries remote controls .02. Charging shokets should be international.03. Utensils such as cup and heater jug should be placed in the room.04.instead of face towels would have been better if they can serve proper bath towels .

The location was good, easy to get in and out of the city but the hotel was at a busy area. The staff were helpful.

WiFi only available in the rooms not in the lobby or reception as stated. The appliances in the room are old and not well kept. There were insects like flies, ants on the tables in the room, proper fumigation necessary. The hotel was not too well kept up date.

Everything there was no ac when we reached was hot then ports switches were not working we were going out so at 6 we gave them the keys told them to check whats wrong we came back tired at 10 and was still not done then we adjusted and to my horror we saw bad bugs and not 1 but too many railing around we called the staff and he chnaged room and next room was a little clean but then its tv wont work had many plans all went to ruin never recommending this hotel

the room is too dirty .. the price is higher than the booking.. there are a lot of insects .. too pressing handling of the hotel ..

absolutely nothing

no parkings, very old and abused furniture, smelly room, noisy place you can literally feel the people next room is sitting with you no minibar or even water, bed sheets were having bad smells and stains toilet words cant even describe how awful it was and they give you one towel if you asked, otherwise they dont

The worst place I’ve ever stayed at this price.

Staff was not professional at all. They treated us awfully. The facilities were not satisfactory as well. Rooms were old and need renovations. Some cupboard doors and handles were broken and hanging. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience. Not good value for money at all.

old hotel apartment not clean bed sheets, pillow case and blanketno towels and slippers until we asked but it took time since there’s no available towels and only 1 slipper has been provided to usthe other slippers provided is a used rubber slippers no kettle until we askedcooking and eating utensils are old
