Element by Marriott Dubai Airport

Everything was excellent except the Filipino front staff, who had no idea wha she was doing. She gave me the wrong rooms which completely wasted my time and ruined my day. Her “sorry” felt insincere and as though she didn’t fully understand/care the inconvenience she caused. It would have been nice if the staff were better trained to handle these situations competenly.

I had to leave the hotel 2 nights sooner than expected duo and they returned the whole amount for those 2 nights.

I must say its worth the amount I paid for. My flight to Dubai arrives super early and still way further to the usual check in time. The staff was kind and nice to check if its possible for an early check in. We waited just about an hour or less that he informed me one of the room is ready and they can prepare it for us to use while waiting for the other room to be ready. I booked 3rooms and only one room can be made ready at the earliest. My group also enjoys the facilities they have at the lobby while waiting for the room to be ready. They enjoyed the pool table in the lounge area while some of us rest comfortably at the sofas in the hotel lounge.

The hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly, also the location is just okay as it's very near the airport.

The big TV screens which can't even access YouTube you have to watch cable channels

Hotel doesn’t exist anymore

This hotel appears to be closed/ no longer in operation. I was directed to the sister property Aloft, which is a fine enough place, but it wasn’t what I booked. The room did not have a kitchenette and was billed as an ‘upgrade’. I was only there to sleep between flights so I didn’t press the point, but why is Booking allowing customers to book a closed hotel?

Elegant decoration & furniture. Well equipped and spacious apartments & suite. Just opposite and beside Dubai airport.

The staff were all very professional, friendly and gave us great service whether at the check in or at breakfast helping with our requirements. At check in out host noted that the booked room may not be sufficient for us with two small beds so he was able to locate a more appropriate room for us which was very comfortable. All other amenities like wifi, TV, air conditioning were very good Breakfast was also very nice

The staff and the security guards were beautiful kind helpful breakfast the chef and the waitress was so loving for breakfast they had something for everyone if you ate meat and you did not they had something for you

The water system was shut down for a little while

I expect better from a Marriot hotel

Bath was too high and slippery with no mats. The hotel didn’t provide face cloths. The breakfast didn’t have a lot of variety. The entrance was not staffed and we had to use the adjacent hotels entrance for check in.

Great location, easy access to transport. 5 min away from airport. Food was great.

When my family and I (3 adults) arrived into the Element Dubai Airport around 2 am (next day after booking) the room was not ready yet … There was no 3rd bed for us. But also the waste in the bathroom smelled very bad. Breakfast - for that money what we spent there was no good breakfast- the bread was very hard to eat, the coffee not so much, the best part was the omelette which was fresh. otherwise the juice mixed with water, the ham was stale. the overall experience not so much.2 receptions - because it is two hotel into one - Element and Aloft.

I was disappointed to find that the front desk staff lacked knowledge about the hotel's amenities. Despite being a guest, I wasn't informed about the available facilities. Only when I inquired at the reception the night before checkout did I discover what was available. Unfortunately, it was too late to take advantage of them, as I had an early morning flight the next day. Electrical sockets were not worked, even we didn't get a coffee

The hotel is excellent—spacious and well-equipped. The kitchenettes are fully stocked, and the air conditioning works perfectly. While the location is a bit far, we appreciated the quiet atmosphere within the city. Our room was upgraded, thanks to Amisha, who assisted us wonderfully and was very accommodating, even during the busy Eid period at reception. Breakfast was decent, though I’d rate it 3/5.

Average hotel, but a good location if you want to be close to the airport.
