Beautiful and peaceful place , great swimming pool, clean room, nice restaurants and very comfy beds.View from the balcony and rooftop bar is amazing!

Restaurant staff should be more explicit about food options and service, to make sure people know how the offer works and if there’s any offers going on at the moment.

The staff were very welcoming and everything went so smooth. Room was amazing and very clean. I really appreciated that the hotel provided enough amenities such as water bottles and towels. Additionally, parking slots were very easy to access

Everything was perfect but I would recommend to add bath salt or bubbles for the bath tub.

Location is good

The management force you to pay 1300 for each adult for new year dinner which I didn’t not choose to participate and it wasn’t included in the price when we booked the room, but it was hidden in the policy. The balcony and its furniture was not clean, there were left over food from the previous stay.

It was not on center but not far from it so, in this hotel you can relax

It was everything ok. It is only one thing that disturbs you during the night(it depends on what side of the hotel you are living in), it’s the disco near by.

The location is excellent, very close to the beach and main attractions. The hotel is modern, clean, and stylish, and the room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Overall, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing.

Upon arrival, there was a noticeable cooking smell in the outdoor area, lobby, and throughout the ground floor. I raised this concern with the staff and was informed that it was coming from the restaurant located below. It slightly affected the first impression.

This is our second time staying at the hotel. I can honestly say it is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. The staff impressed us with their professionalism and unwavering dedication. I couldn’t ask for more!To top it all off, the value couldn’t be beaten. The rates were remarkably reasonable, especially given the level of service and amenities. And the location couldn’t have been more perfect—easily accessible and ideal for exploring.This hotel exceeded our expectations in every respect—from service to scenery, design, comfort, and value. It was a truly unforgettable stay.

We encountered an unfortunate incident with the shuttle bus service to the beach during our stay. We have already communicated this feedback to the hotel staff and trust they will address it. Our specific issue was with the shuttle bus driver's behaviour. Additionally, we experienced a lack of professionalism in his attitude when we expressed our discomfort with his driving style.

Facilities, staff, gym, pool location is amazing!

During my second stay last Saturday, I noticed the bed sheets and pillow covers didn’t quite smell fresh, which made me unsure if they were properly washed. Because of this, I even brought my own pillow spray. It would be great if a better laundry conditioner or freshener could be used for the linens.

Lication was perfect

I’d like to highlight two concerns from my recent stay:First, I was genuinely surprised by the lack of privacy in the bathroom. The design, especially the door and glass, felt completely unsuitable for families and offered no real sense of privacy.Second, the water pressure was extremely poor, which was unexpected for a hotel that’s rated five stars. I’m not sure how such an issue exists in a property of this level.

The staff were incredible, I loved my stay here. It was clean and comfortable. The location is so peaceful, away from the crowd of dubai so it’s perfect. I opt for the complimentary access to Nikki beach, so it’s perfect.Would definitely be back.

I just wished they have sauna but otherwise everything was good, and maybe a little bit more time access in the pool during summer would be nice, since it’s only until 8pm.

Brand new hotel with a boutique concept where you have whether a great view on the Dubai skyline or on the sea from your room. Staff was extremely kind and agile. They have provided access to a very nice and popular beach as well.

The location amazing the staff was super friendly specially the valet guy of o parked my car outside he will get mad and insist to park it in the basement parking ? the receptionist was super friendly and even the lady who moved our bags I really had a nice time there
